The Philly Cheesesteak is always good at this location—I can give it 5 stars. This three star review is for the chicken fried rice. I ordered two and there was virtually no chicken.
I went in read my order off my phone completely. Once the food was ready lady opened my plate to show plate (2 orders )
I quickly told her Incorrect order. When I told lady at register she got an attitude claiming I said it wrong. People barely speak English trying to tell me what I said was wrong. She tried to upcharged me for my correct order. I mean terrible service. Once I declined that and I ask for a refund for the incorrect item .She refused also. Terrible you made my order wrong and was too stubborn to just correct the problem. She refused my refund and refused my correct Item. Now I'm refusing them. Most restaurants if not all will refund if there was a dilema
On order especially if I was right there and never made a step in the opposite direction. CORRECT IT. No need to argue and go back and forth. For all I am the customer. If that means anything. People come over here, open up shop and DON'T care nothing about customer service or us as people. Will not get another dollar from me. I don't recommend. Sadly .
This American Deli is disgusting! The red head dude at the register is always rude! The chicken tenders I ordered were burnt or cooked to a crisp. When he opened the container I said look at these and held them up and he closed the box all nonchalantly! Brought them home only to take a picture. Horrible restaurant
I ordered a 3 pc fish with wings. It came with no fries. How are you selling combos with no sides? I was given blue cheese instead of tartar sauce. This is unfortunate.
Food is always good, but this particular day Malia was the cashier. Great personality and good service. I really appreciated how she made sure to ask what I wanted.

However, my fries were soggy and soft. I had to put them in the toaster oven. I live like not even 2 miles away, and I went straight home to eat my wings and fries. My fries have never been soggy like that. Like they were barely cooked.
The food was nasty, I think it could be better. I had the teriyaki sauce and it had a nasty taste…it wasn’t teriyaki sauce at all I have no idea what that was! The rice smelled so bad that I couldn’t even eat it any more.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION-My Garlic Parmesan Wings tasted spoiled and the Manager said we've never had that problem. So I'm out $30. I said I would bring them back (even though I live in Villa Rica) but he wouldn't give me my money back. He then put the young lady on the phone told her to tell me once the box is open and shown to you, no refund. That's really sad, that they can sale spoiled food and get away with it. I work to hard for my money for someone to take from me!!!!!!!! They really don't deserve a star at all!! UPSET NO LONGER A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!
