if you want some reliable good old wings and other cravings, this place isn’t fancy but i really enjoyed my meal of chicken philly sandwich with wings and fries combo. also got another ten pack of wings i’m gonna eat tmrw. wings are drummy size but as long your order is right and sauces are there it’s a good satisfying meal. i would still recommend to check your order to avoid any pickup issues after you get home.
I arrive at this location and upon pulling up to the intercom, the lady immediately told me to come back in 20 minutes. She did not say my apologies for the wait or inconvenience or anything. I came back an hour later and ordered my food. I asked for a complimentary ranch just for having to come back. The lady explained that I could've went to another location.But she did accommodate me with a ranch.I explained to her that I would not go to another location because that location was closer. Sometimes you have to meet the customer halfway.I think that was very unprofessional.Her customer service was horrible. Upon leaving, I began to eat my burger. The quality of the meat is horrible ????. It was thick, chewy, and low quality. Whatever vendor that you get your meat from should be changed. I wasted my money & will give the food to stray dogs ????. I will never eat at this location or order another burger. Bad experience!
We have a hard and fast rule of not going to restaurants that have no locals in the store when we arrive. Unfortunately, this lunch was chosen by a frustrated driver, and we had toddlers with us, so we were committed. We had the store to ourselves for the entire visit, at 1pm on a Saturday in December. No other customer ever came for dine-in (2 carryout orders).
The gyro had only one slice of beef, and the pita was stale (hard edges). It was mostly filled with onion and lettuce, with 1.5 slices of tomato. The tzatziki sauce was average, at best, with no strong flavors, good or bad.
My husband described the wings as very average. They originally gave us bone- in wings, not boneless, but made it right.
My teenager had the tilapia and thought it was not bad, just different from any fish she has tried. Fries were never hot, although the chicken tenders were so hot we had to wait for it to cool. No other food was beyond warm.
Kids ate the chicken tenders ok, but the store has no high chairs, boosters, or independent chairs - only booths. There is no public restroom, although they did allow us to take the toddler potty.
What else is there to really say but go order now lol. I've fell in love with American Deli about 2 years ago and never looked back. 10 piece honey gold wing combo with a fruit punch delight. Never cease to satisfy my tummy for the yummies. You should stop by.
Always wanted to try these since seeing them on the Atlanta TV show. Lemon Pepper wet are bomb. It makes sense why they're so popular.
Okay so for this location to be downtown it's in a sketchy neighborhood it is what it is. But the food is great and the people are cool. Just don't be a Karen cause they will let you have it.
My orders are always right at 30 but there have been 2 occasions where there was a problem with my order and they DONT have a working number I don’t know about this location anymore sketchy business practices. Burned wing and missing items is not ok
Parking lot smells like piss they closed the inside and have no bathroom ???? Big ass rats in the drive thru ???? customer service in the drive thru ratchet as hell
