Food was not good, my wings did not have season, the season did not stick to the wings, the grilled chicken on salad did not look or taste like grilled chicken it was shredded and appeared to have a barbecue look, fries were cold, chicken tenders were dried out and looked burned
I ordered the burger, wings and fries combo with honey hot wings, fried hard, wet and lemon pepper sprinkle.
I also got a 10 piece lemon pepper made the same way. My fries were hot, the burger was good, and the wings banging.
Got me wanting to run back there today.

I ordered some wings for my Baby Shower which were great by the way. The young lady at the counter was very rude when I walked in asked for my order. She pushed my order towards me as if I could have grabbed it myself. (Free Game?)Anytime I came to American Deli the employee usually opens up my platter to ensure that it is was what I ordered. This is the second time I’ve had this issue at the same location.
Oh my!!!! Simply because of the front cashier lack of customer service skills I will NOT be returning back . Very Rude and Curt!!! Changed my mind about spending my hard earned money there due to her rudeness and walked out !
I am literally eating my food right now and leaving a review! This Food is so good! I ordered a chicken philly, fries, and the grape drink…. Soo good!! You must add lemon pepper in the seasoning salt on the fries and a sandwich
Terrible. I ordered and paid for a 3-piece and got a 2-piece. Fries are not cooked all the way. Waste of time and money. Never again. Lesson learned.
Closed 20 minutes early and the employees stood there behind the glass like it was nothing… then went to a 2nd location, also closed 20 minutes early… BOTH locations could’ve served an order and continued to add to their daily profit. it is extremely unprofessional to close multiple locations early, especially that early.
It was a pleasant experience. Especially the young lady Harmony. She went above and beyond to correct my order for fight night.
