The food is great. I don't know about all American delis but this one is my favorite. I go there at least once a week but this week was twice because I was hungry then a mug
Attitude from the start. HORRIBLE customer service. I attempted to ask a question and the girl immediately starts attempting to ring up the order. All in effort to rush me out of the way to chit chat with a girlfriend of hers and place that order. Whomever owns this location may want to consider teaching the staff to respect all customers if they desire patronage.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Food was extremely salty, chicken was extremely small as in the size of my thumb small. They charged me separately for a 10 piece wing and chicken fried rice, but gave it to me on one plate and tried to tell me it was a combo as if I’m dumb! They have very little respect or regard for blacks and we are the reason their business thrives. I refuse to spend another one of my hard earned dollars at this place!!
I placed an order and paid extra for an upsized drink and they didn’t give me my fries or drink and when I called didn’t answer, recently spoke to someone about this and they told me that I waited too long and there was nothing they could do about it. Worst American deli ever
First time trying American deli and wow 10/10 so good !!!!! Definitely recommend very very good will definitely have to stop by again! The workers are super nice too
Horrible customer service. Found arm hair in wing sauce. I have videos and pictures to show proof mind you I have dreadlocks. I had to argue them down just to get a discount because I didn’t bring my plate Same day like I don’t have a life and that’s so inconvenient, I was on break and couldn’t finish my food because of the disgust with the hair in my food. I had to ask “well can I at least get a discount”. She wanted to say no but I had my points never again. I had a Ruben combo with wings and fries added.
Restaurant is in health code violation by having Uber drivers pour drinks, having delivery? You are drinking stuff that came from under some guys fingernails.
The wings are the best thing here, made fresh and very good. The burger was ok but not as good as I've had at other American Deli. The gyro isn't good, it was dry and not fresh.
