They don’t listen to orders here .. I clearly asking for mild mixed with garlic Parmesan NOT half and half .. they still gave me half and half after me saying mixed 3 times .
I came today and honestly it was a very good sandwich and a good size for 12 dollars, a really good portion of fries and a big coke.

I've been to several American Deli locations. But this one is the only location I've ever had a bad experience with. They are always out of certain food items. Like no burgers, no tenders, no shrimp. How come they never think to order more before they run out? They apparently aren't smart enough to figure that out. Most of the staff members are ghetto, unprofessional, and are perfectly fine with doing their job terribly. That might explain why some of them are in their 30's and 40's and still working fast food with teenagers. They use profanity out loud and play the music so loud you can't hear what the cashier is saying half the time. The only good employee I've seen there is the young lady with the long braids that works the cash register. She's always nice and courteous.
I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about but man was this service great. I really hope the owner sees this. The assistant manager, Jeremy, he’s the best he talks to you with much respect he will take an order and go cook your food to make sure it’s to your liking. Well in my case to my loving because I love this American deli. He made me a Philly with 5 wings combo, he had fresh out the steamer rice for me and my family , Jeremy I’d the freaking best please give him a raise
No way to order ahead of time. The phone number listed rings unanswered... Their lemon pepper wings are delicious. Sometimes there cashier and other staff aren't on the same page, but when they finally get organized, the food tastes good.
I ordered from Uber eats last night and American deli decided to send a hot drink with no ice in it no ranch I ordered all flats paid extra for the all flats and I got drums and flats so I'm wondering why did you charge me extra for the things that I needed for my order but did not receive I would highly recommend that you do not order from here because you're wasting your time your money. It would be great if y'all would send me my money back or replace my order yes I still have the receipt and yes I have took pictures
TERRIBLE service. I discovered a worm in my food and there isn’t even a working number to call!!! The atmosphere was off and the workers seemed like they just wanted everyone to leave and to go home. NEVER eat here you will be disappointed. I would add the picture but it’s too graphic
Mannnnn the food is good but you can’t get none because the phone don’t work. What’s up with the phone? Can we get a real number that works?
