Best WLM Reviews
We were torn between C&C Wings, which is right next door, and American Deli. I hadn't been to either of them before. Eventually, I decided to come here because I heard it's a popular spot in Atlanta. Wrong decision. Unfortunately, everything was tasteless and lacked seasoning. The wings seemed unseasoned, coated in plain flour, and then fried. The rice was equally bland. VERY PLAIN. The only highlight was the refreshing lemonade. However, the restaurant was very clean and neatly organized.
I really wish all American Deli's were created equal. The last two times I've gone, I ordered the chicken philly with lettuce (I love the chicken philly in Grayson). The presentation with this compared to the one in Grayson were completely different. They should really just get a bag of shredded lettuce to avoid giving the hard pieces. There were a lot of chicken on my sandwiches, but both times, the chicken had the same bland taste. The fries were overcooked both times as well. My husband didn't have any complaints on his philly and he loves the lemonade. The staff isn't really pleasant but it is a bunch of kids, so I've gotten use to being treated as I'm inconveniencing them when I'm ordering food where they work. Tables were a little sticky and it does get packed in there while you wait for your food so there is a constant game of musical chairs as people move around because unless you are in there you won't know when they call your number.
They use to be the best, I ordered a 20 piece wing, first off the cashier was rude and had a nasty attitude, I see a lot of people complaining about the cashier they should be careful. Then my wings are huge! With a 20 piece you give me basically all drums I never asked for all drums smh I will never go back here again
I called in my order asked for all flats they said they couldn’t do it also while Im on the phone the girl answers the phone very rude and all I hear is her joking around with her coworker. I come in to pick it up this lady in front of me is ordering and ask for all flats they give it to her so when it’s my turn I asked why they were able to do it for her but not for me they look at each other and say they don’t know what I’m talking about.
I get my order my extra blue cheese I paid for isn’t in there I also asked for lemon pepper sprinkle on my wings it didn’t have it either.
The nice lady who did give me the food talks to me in
Spanish and says all those girls do is play around and don’t do their job and cover for each other
I’m very very unhappy with how I was treated
They didn’t even try and fix it or nothing
It was the two girls shift ended cause they walked out with me and laughed the whole way out the door.
I typically go to the one in Hapeville by Delta, that one knows how to fry fish! Always seasoned to perfection and moist and flaky! I stopped at this location since I was in Conyers, fish not seasoned well at all, wait time is crazy, and fish was dried out and hard. Won’t be eating here again!
I don’t usually write reviews but my wings were so overcooked n dry I almost threw up
Worst experience ever. I paid for one price than I got another cancelled my order than i couldn't get my money back.
This restaurant is the absolute worst the costumer service is terrible I can't speak on the food I walked out before I could order due to horrible costumer service.
