My wings were not edible they were burnt I was eating hot wing chips. The wings are small as hell and then you have the nerve to over cook them. My niece had boneless her boneless were also burnt make it make sense. Food was not even hot $50 down the drain no one finished their food! Please close this location down!!
The order placed was a 10pc. half and half so I ordered lemon pepper sprinkle and teriyaki. Being combined without separation by parchment paper made them all wet. Overall the customer was good
I ordered a 10 piece wing combo & paid for ALL FLATS & for the wings to be extra crispy. My order was made wrong twice. The first time I didn’t receive all flats, the second time I received honey lemon pepper WET when I requested DRY SPRINKLE. When I expressed that I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that they were unable to remake my food… How are you unable to make something that I paid for prior to receiving my food. I have had this issue before at this location, but was never told that my food could not be remade. Eventually I had to compromise and say that I would take drums in order to receive the order that I wanted, although I had paid for all flats. I am disappointed with the service of this American Deli. The only individual who was understanding was a young Latina girl. She was very apologetic! 0/10 service today.
I, ordered boneless chicken wings and I received bone-in wings. The wings that I ordered were Teriyaki flavored and Garlic Parmesean flavored. I've never ever had sweet flavored Garlic Parmesean wings until I ordered wings from that restaurant. They were awful ???????????????????? I, definitely do not recommend eating from that establishment ????????????
First time here. Called over the phone for pickup. Was about a 15-20min wait. Got hot lemon pepper wings wet and chicken Philly. Both were good. I’ll be back for a 3mth update !
Back for an update. Wings are smaller, hot flavor taste different from the past 3 times I’ve had them, NOOO meat in the chicken Philly, my kids tenders were burnt and hard and they wait till I get there to say they ran out of tilapia. Bring BACK WINGS R US.. I’m taking my business to Ameribistro
I went to this place for the very first time ever. I ordered the cheesesteaks with buffalo wings fries and a drink. I will definitely be going back as this place has continuously made my mouth water with the delicious food ????. The way I was treated by the employees and the food that I got was all phenomenal. I would recommend anybody trying this place at least one time.
Location closes at 9pm. Arrived at 8:32pm. Wanted to order 2 chef salad. Was told they only serving wings and fries. So disappointing when you still open for another 28 minutes but not willing to serve the customer.
Wings was crunchy and cold. Customer Service was blah. I called in an order and it was ready in 5 minutes. The only thing fresh was the fries.
