The lemon pepper with extra seasoning and a peach drink with a little tea added is my favorite, I love this place , I bought a cheeseburger one day and it was huge and so delicious
This is my first time ordering from American Deli, and I must say I just had the best Philly cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia. Didn’t know what I wanted for wings so I got all three cooks (soft, crispy and extra crispy) all good. Being a truck driver and loving to try new places for food, you guys in Monroe,NC are now my top spot when I’m in town.

Awful customer service. Called at 8:07 to order food for me and my daughters. They told me on the phone it would be 10-15 minutes (see my call log photo). Got there at 8:20. Line was long so waited to pay. Check the time (upper right on my receipt) of when I paid for my order. 8:24 pm. And then the wait was on. 10 minutes went by. Then 20. Then 30. Now granted I ordered my food at 8:07 pm. Check the time on the tv. I was still waiting!!!! Still waiting on my food at 9:02. And they would not give me a refund or discount. Owner was rude as well. No im sorry. No can we add anything for you. I finally got my food at 9:10 pm. I won’t be back. Eat at your own risk!!
This is my son's favorite restaurant so we ordered online for pickup. Our food was cold and we were given the wrong drinks. I brought it to their attention and the lady literally took the cup dumped out the drink in the sink and rinsed it out like I was at her house instead of giving me a new cup. She then placed it onto the table. Never once did she apologize for the mistake. I then asked for ketchup and had to wait over 5 minutes to receive packets. The lady was rude and dismissive and I spent a lot for subpar food and service

Late night run for an alternative wing location allowed me to visit a hidden gem in Monroe! The food was affordable and the entirety of it exceeded expectations! Locals, definiately give this place a try and bring your appetite!
First time time coming to American Deli, I am impressed the place is clean. I let the cashier know it was my first visit, she was very helpful kept a smile and knowledgeable about their menu, the food is excellent hot and fresh great taste and the price is right. I will definitely recommend and I will be back here is two pictures of what I got Steak Philly and fries and Lemon Pepper Chicken $12
