Picture of burger looked good so I ordered. It was fresh and a big square patty. Problem is not real meat. Mixed with filler. Not sure any beef present. DONOT order burger
Just came in got the wing combo asked for them to be extra crispy but instead i got them severely undercooked and the skin was so soft and when i bit into them it tasted raw …. Pretty sure they didn't cook these for more than 6 to 8 minutes they were so bad its funny because on the phone the dude definitely was rushing me off definitely make sure you check your food here !!

Order - please dont bake the meat into the sandwhich. The meat was baked into it. I wanted mushrooms & bell peppers and they were not given. They come standard on the sandwhich and i did not specify to remove those items. Apparently , they did not have any sweet tea; so instead of calling me and asking what drink would i prefer or giving me a refund, they gave me lemonade. Will not order from this location again.

RUN STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS AMERICAN DELI
I am true reviewer. The burger was burnt wings soggy and I asked for well done extra crispy. I ordered the burger and wing combo. Two of them. They sent our order out with both combos fireless. No fries. I paid for extra ranch and they didn't send it. Me and the Uber driver called to advise of issues they were unprofessional and kept hanging up. This is the nastiest unprofessional American deli I have ever been to. I WILL NEVER GO TO AGAIN. I will not be returning. I don't recommend anyone to go here and have this experience. I will go to Wilkinson like usual. They are the best. The one on Wilkinson and University Blvd. They should shut this one down asap. I can't believe this. Food is not cheap. $40 for this food I'm throwing in the garbage I'm so frustrated
I eat here about twice a month (when I have enough WW points). I usually come when the store first opens, so there’s not really a long line to order or a long wait. The food is cooked to order & fresh, this is the only location that I eat at. Give them a try.
I've been coming to this location for 4 years. They are consistent. My wings are always cooked right and the flavors are good.
Burnt burger alert. Dry and black crusted over with over charred patty. Very crunchy. Fries are good.
