The employee was kind. The food was terrible. The wing are dry, hard, and minature. So overcooked there is no meat left. Like dust on the bone. The cheese steak was made with burned thin cut chips of steak. I ordered the number 5 with no fries. It was 13 dollars. And I need to go get me some food. This was a total waste of money. Dont waste your time here. Some American Deli are the bomb. This one is not
From the ordering to the service was okay! The wings were old hard and dry! I called to ask about the preparation of the food and they were aware of the old wings. Sad part is I had to go back the same day for a refund or remake! I’ll just call my bank and send them a picture of the dry a** food! I will never order from this location again 3/19/2024 8:30 pm
The food service is awful. This was my third time trying them again and the taste of the food or service didn’t change. They give you old chicken wings. The chicken have black spots on them as well. I saw two workers come in go straight to the back and start cooking food. No one wash their hands or put any gloves on. I would never eat at this restaurant or give them my business ever again. Not only the food disgusting but customer service sucks.!!
I love this place, the food was amazing and they have so many flavors to choose from. So much variety if you want to get something for breakfast and lunch!! So amazing. I recommend this place if you have the opportunity to go, go!!
I ordered a reuben and a gyro for delivery. Extra meat on reuben and extra tzatziki on the gyro.
The extra meat was placed *on* the reuben, not in it. The meat was chopped not sliced, and was dry. The bread was not grilled. There was hardly any dressing or sauerkraut 0/5.
The gyro wasn’t bad, but there was no extra tzatziki. The portion of tzatziki was skimpy even for regular, much less an extra portion.
I love coming to this American Deli but I had the worst experience ever. I was eating my chicken and a piece of a bug was fried into my chicken. I went to take my food back and she squeezed the bug in between her finger tip and because it didn’t smash so she said it was part of the lemon pepper seasoning. Yea lemon pepper spider seasoning lol. I took pictures because I was disgusted. I couldn’t believe her response. They quickly gave my money back without argument because they knew that was a bug. Just nasty! Please think twice about going to this location. Or at least examine your food before eating here!
The philly (s) are a MUST, good steak or chicken Philly meal . I was always so skeptical about American deli’s but this one is AWESOME , thanks for the good food. Side notes : I’ve only had the phillys here
I should have read the reviews before going there because they are not lying. While the cashier that assisted me was great, the food was TERRIBLE. Those cooks knew the wings are old, stale and dry and still serve them. I also order the shrimp fried, honestly don't know what that was, but it ain't it. I had to throw everything away, very upsetting wasted my money.
