This place is extremely unprofessional. I work in the medical field and I passed here on my break… I placed an order over the phone for pick up and I specifically asked for a 10 piece all flats combo extra crispy with a sprite. When I arrived in the restaurant at 9:30pm to pick up my order it wasn’t done correctly and I asked them to remake the meal, the man at cash register said he cannot remake it and it wasn’t rung up as crispy. I told him well let me place another order and he said I couldn’t. What type of customer service is that? This is ridiculous I will definitely be contacting corporate.
i usually love this place. They always put enough sauce on my wings. But tonight, tonight i don’t really know what you call this. It’s so dry i can’t eat it without a damn drink or i’ll choke. come on american deli you can do better.!!
This was the 2nd time I ordered a Philly and it was messed up. On the ticket it said no bell peppers and no mushrooms. I am highly allergic ti mushrooms and I bit into my sandwich and it was mushrooms and had an allergic reaction. My wife ordered a 4 piece tenders tossed in lemon pepper sauce and they were plain. When I brought it back to the store the cook proceeded to call me an explicit name and stare me down. I must say that this location isn't an establishment that I would recommend to order from.
I was referred to this restaurant because I heard that their chicken philly was good...as well as their wings. I tried the Philly, didn’t get wings. Ok so honestly, the very first thing I noticed was the sanitation grade. I was dismayed to see that it was a 91!!!!???? As a general rule, I don’t eat anywhere with a grade less than a 95. I mean that’s a decent A. It’s hard to eat at a place with an A- or less. All I can think of is why they lost so many points. For the first time in a looooong time, I went against my rule. I shouldn’t have, it just really wasnt worth it. The fries were terrible, soft with no flavor at all. The Philly didn’t stand out in ANY way. It was so mushed together and greasy, with way too much mayonnaise. I wasn’t pleased. I wouldn’t mind trying the wings. But I just can’t give it another chance with that rating.
Wings were GREAT! Perfect hot ???? and celery and ranch topped them off. Plenty of ranch too btw (or blue cheese). Yum. We got 20 this time, doubling up next time!
The food was amazing and the service was really fast even right at noon time. Extremely clean and well lit. I appears that they care a great deal about having a great atmosphere. They menus is great too I have tried several things here and it’s all been great. The wings I had this time were especially awesome.
I absolutely love this place! The food is sooooo good! I always order the philly cheese steak and wings combo, mild wings sauce. I add on fries, they even have fry seasoning! Drink and ranch included. Service is fast, staff is professional, food is fresh! They cook it right in front of you! Definitely the best place in Charlotte!
I love their wings, but the service is horrible. I placed An order for pickup at 5:35 for 30 wings they told me 10-15 minutes I gave them 20 because I know they’re usually a little busy so I gave them some extra time. I get there 5:55 Gave them my order number and Was waiting because it wasn’t ready. My number was 168 People come in after me placing their order and getting their meals before me I watched them put out like 10 orders of wings. They’re up in the 180s with order numbers and she still hasn’t called my order. I went back to ask if she called my number and I missed it and she goes no It’s coming now. Proceeds to go back and say something to one of the guys there and start laughing and leave me waiting like another 10 minutes. I ended up getting my food at 625 50 minutes after I placed the order. It’s a shame because their wings are good, but I won’t be going back
