Best WLM Reviews
Service was really, really really slow which I can tolerate but in order to make the atmosphere a little more pleasant the young black lady that was working there on November 24 between the hours of 3:40 PM and 415 had a nasty attitude. She wasn’t professional at all. so I will say this I did enjoy the food. It was good but I won’t ever come back to that location if I gotta drive all the way Scott and OST I will do that. At least the atmosphere is more pleasant.
Amazing food . Cooked freshly to ever order! Just look at it . Doesn’t it make your mouth just watery! Lovely staff, always polite makes sure they greet all of they customers. This restaurant has made extremely amazing changes. Stop by and give them a TRY !! You WILL NOT REGRET IT !

CHECK THE PHOTOS FOR STORE HOURS!!
I ordered wings and cheese steak and they were both delicious, wings cooked to perfection, mild sauce, ranch, and celery to complement the dish. The beef cheese steak was loaded with beef and onions (my favorite).
Overall I give them a 10 for food and 10 for making my order right.
Also, American Deli's wings are better than wingstop or any other restaurant. Just try them for yourself, you can thank me later.
The only take away is there's no place to ask for extra sauce and extra celery and carrots sticks.
Do not go to this location waiting in their 10 minutes for my order, on the first in line she decides she wants to take all the people that are in there to order in-store rather than me pick it up my order sitting on the counter this is unethical the big heavy set lady at the counter not to mention I've been standing there for 10 minutes on my order and she wants to ignore me this place was nasty will never go back into the store again and by the way you Uber eats drivers they have to make your own drinks there you are not required to make your own drinks you can refuse it and walk away.. worst customer service ever that lady needs to be fired it's also in the nastiest part of Houston
Good food the only reason I put three stars the wait line is so long if you order something from here your gonna wait 30 to 40 min
Really really good wings ..small party wings not those big chicken wings. I had the hot wings they were sooo good and they were definitely hot wings. The Philly cheesesteak came with toooo many peppers more peppers than meat . I wouldn’t recommend getting a Philly steak sub from here. The fries were really good make sure you get the fry seasoning! Best hotwings and fries in Houston so far.
The Ladies R So Kind & Helpful & There Food Is Off The Chain!
Love The One On OST @ SCOTT
My Place ????????
Very good staff here who listen to you and prepare the meal just like you request. Food hot, fresh, made to order and this location has items the others dont.
