Placed the order through DoorDash and immediately called the store to let them know I wanted to add Lem pepper sprinkles to the wings since they don’t have an option for that on DoorDash . I called maybe 1 minute after placing the order and was told that My food is already made and it can’t be added . How my order was cooked and ready in under a minute sounds crazy . Hopefully it’s done correctly. Smh the girl who answered response was well we busy I told them . First and last do better
Terrible service. When employing children or young people, teach them customer service skills. The 2 young girls that were working lack these skills. One was very nonchalant and appeared to only want to play. The other had a personal conversation going that we didn't need to hear. I was there for somebody else's order so idk about the quality of the food. It was apparently good bc she killed the meal, which she never does.
The wings could’ve been better. They don’t do “all flats” but they gave me three ugly drums with my six piece wing combo. Other than that, the wings were pretty good.
First off only 1 order of two 20 piece wings were order to be crispy !! How do you order online at 3:41pm and at 3:47pm your wings are ready !! Get there for pick up and nope ???? 20 crispy not cooked crispy !! So I ask owner of the restaurant to cook my wings as ordered . He opens both boxes and looks back and forth over them then shoves one of the box’s of wings saying yah these crispy!! Please man REALLY !! No just NO !! I’ll just leave on the tough as well how is it in 6 minutes from order place to order ready !! Old leftover chicken wings and fries too !! Lesson learned NEVER THIS AMERICAN DELI LOCATION EVER AGAIN!! Customer NO SERVICE!! This place SUCKS !!
This is the WORST American Deli EVER! They don’t do all flats for wings (I believe it’s because the kitchen staff is lazy) and the customer service is AWFUL! Don’t even waste your time going here.
Quality and portion of food has declined over the past few years. The service is super ghetto (yeah I said it. Who gon check me boo?) I don’t know when it started but they do not prepare call in orders until you arrive and pay. So, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for your food even though you called ahead. The taste of the food was much better before. I think maybe there are new owners and they are using cheaper ingredients. Trash food, trash service
PLEASE DONT COME HERE! I should have went to the one on West Ave (name changed to Mama’s Wings and Deli) but I was on this side of town and I was in a hurry. The food came out terrible. Nothing like a real American deli wings. Even the fries looked undercooked. PLEASE GO TO THE ONE ON WEST AVE (Mama’s Wings and Deli). DO NOT COME HERE. TERRIBLE, seriously.

My husband and I stopped here for dinner on 8/3/2024 ordered wing and Philly, the young light skinned skinny girl with the valance bang baby hairs across her forehead with unkept cornrows was so rude and unprofessional..,Air pods stuck in her ears having a very inappropriate conversation while trying to take our order and apparently can’t multitask, because she continued to get our order wrong and couldn’t understand a word we were saying , when told she had it wrong she acted like we were annoying her!!! The attitude she displayed and tone she had almost took me out of my character!!! All of this going on while the older lady cashier or whomever just watched and said nothing!!!
After all of that, our food was horrible, not to mention the order wasn’t right!!! I was so fed up and they would not give a refund!! Should have went with my first mind and canceled our order once the encounter with the front counter went so wrong!!!
As I sit here writing this review, I have the worst stomach ache ever with nausea and I only ate two wings and a small portion of the beef Philly, which was bland and dry!!! I just do not believe in waist of money, but I couldn’t eat anymore and I was starving!!!
I SAY AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
