When I say I will NEVER come back to this location, I mean every word. I ordered of $40 worth of food online. For my 15 piece wing order I selected 2 flavors- hot and lemon pepper dry. When I picked up my order, all of the wings were hot. I showed the cashier the receipt and let her know my order was wrong.
She looked at the receipt and said “you gotta select half and half, this ain’t our fault”
She refused to remake the order or refund.
Very rude and unprofessional!! She should not be on the front end with an attitude like that. It’s a shame when I spend $40-$70 every time I visit a location. I’ll definitely take my money where it is valued and appreciated.
This place has fallen off tremendously! It’s nothing like it use to be. The food is terrible and the customer service is horrible. The wings flavors all taste the same no matter what you order and the fries are undercooked. The fish tastes like it’s been fried in old grease. And not sure why, but it has an awful smell in the place as soon as you walk in. It smells like an open sewer that makes you not want to eat there. The dining area is filthy and you can tell no one cleans it at all. The floors, windows and doors are dirty. Just nasty. This place needs to be reported. It makes no sense.Furthermore, the employees need training on customer service because they are just loud and rude with no regard to being polite and professional.
If i could give 0 stars i would. I hate this location dining room is always dirty with trash filled to the top. Cashiers always getting smart especially the one with the short gold hair. The whole crew needs to go. No type of customer service at all. To the lady with the gold hair waves have some respect not my fault you work in this dump. Shirt nasty and bleach spots all over girl go work on your appearance more instead of being rude.
Horrible. If you don't care about the food you serve then get out of the restaurant/food industry. When we start caring about what we are served as a community these folks will either do better or go out of business. We must stop allowing the nonchalant attitude and serving us anything. Ridiculous. Hair in food and fish fried hard as a leather shoe.
I got the house fried rice combo. I have to say it is really good and hot. The rice had lots of meat and it was seasoned great. The customer service was excellent as well. I was greeted with a smile, and my order was prepared promptly. I will definitely come back here
Here lately when I call my order in.
I come to pick it up. The cashiers call the number back. The cooks are playing. The cooks get smart with the cashiers, cussing them out, calling them out they names (females dogs). It's just sad. It needs to be something done about it. The cashiers never say nothing back to them. The lady that has the short hair always shaking her head. This is happening to often when I visit this place
Paid $11 for a 6 piece with extremely small wings. I like my wings small but what y'all gave me was not it. Wings and fries were cooked how I like, still tasted great regardless.
They are definitely giving people old chicken wings just refried again. I didn’t take it back because I didn’t feel like arguing or fighting I was just hungry and just wanted to eat my food. When you walk in they do not greet you. I stood for 5 mins before they even asked why I was there. I work hard for my money and do not have enough to waste on food I can’t eat. Always look at the review before purchasing because many of us are not haters we’re just want what we pay for.
