Best WLM Reviews
Stayed the night at a hotel and decided to try a local joint. The customer service is amazing. Friendly and freaky fast service. Pizza was delicious and even came with house made ranch. Had two personal pans and this medium. Crust was perfect and lots of generous toppings. A little greasy and heavy on the toppings but would highly recommend.
Ordered pizza and wings for delivery. Order was delivered on time. The wings were dryer the the cajun dry rub that was on them. The pizza was the chicken garlic rancher, it was good flavored, but the crust was not New York hand tossed. There's better wings and pies in Billings. The Slice app sucks balls!
I spoke to "Rex" after a mishap w/ Doordash. I paid over $60 for two pies and got one. I called right away about the discrepancy and he told me to shut up when we disagreed (wow). After I explained, with no resolution, we hung up (after some choice words on my end). I got my refund for the other pizza and called back (to clear the air, because I like their pizza) to let them know. He then went on about 3rd party's... blah, blah etc. I told him to take it up w/ said 3rd parties and NOT the customers. I thought we came to a respectful conclusion until he hung up on me mid convo. I can tell he's old school, but it's never ok to talk to people like that. Period.
P.S. He did offer to make it up to me, but HOW can I trust you? You can't deal w/ customers, please delegate.
Peace and Love.
The pizza here is definitely a step above chain locations like Pizza Hut and Dominos. The crust is perfect and they use quality ingredients. However, I got an email 10 minutes after placing the order that showed it had been updated. The only thing that changed was the price was increased by $4 without any reason. One of my pizzas was also missing the jalapeños I ordered and the other had what looked like a single artichoke heart cut up into thin slices. Overall, a decent experience.
So pleased that I discovered this place! We frequently get chain pizza just for the sake of convenience. The quality of ingredients used here is obviously superior. Also love to support local business.
The pizza was decent, the cheese was cheesy, the pepperoni slices were large, and the crust was of good thickness and crunchyness. It could have used a tad bit more cheese for my taste, but I liked it well enough.
I am all about supporting small businesses, so this was a plus for me. You have to order at a small window or call it in, but by the sound of some reviews, you will probably have a better experience if you swing by and order at the window and wait. It is a bit dark in the building because it's connected to a party place, that looks like it's only open when they have parties to host.
I did appreciate the small table next to the window with fliers and magazines about how to support local authority and how to maintain your constitutional rights.
Not many people will be of the same opinion about the quality of the pizza, so take this information as you will, and if you're up for it, swing by and try it at least once.
Id like to make this review just so you guys are aware. I ordered through slice and was given a time frame, it didn’t arrive on the scheduled time I requested but I waited for 30 more mins just in case the restaurant just got busy and they were running late. After 30 mins of no arrival, I called slice (bec the app wasn’t working for me) and wanted to check with them first if my order was on the way before I call the restaurant. I was told that it was left outside the front door because I didn’t leave an apartment number on my address and that they tried calling and I didn’t answer. I looked outside and my food was outside my apartment building and was sitting there for more than 30 mins. I checked my order and my APARTMENT NUMBER WAS CLEARLY LISTED AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. You guys should do better in delivery cause anyone could’ve just picked up this order not to mention MY FOOD WAS OUTSIDE OF MY BUILDING SITTING ON THE GROUND with no notification that it was SITTING OUTSIDE OF MY BUILDING ON THE GROUND. If I didn’t call slice, how would I know that my food is OUTSIDE OF MY BUIDLING SITTING ON THE GROUND?
Ordered a $12 side of fried pickles and received this poor excuse of an appetizer. I thought this must have been a mistake and called and spoke with a guy named Rex who identified himself as the owner and told me, “ ya you said that already , so what do you want me to do”? I was shocked as I was very polite when I told him about the situation and he snapped at me without hesitation. He then asked if we wanted a credit( didn’t mention how much and didn’t ask for my name again and said okay, then hung up the phone.
