This 5 star rating only for a customer service rep name Patience. Her name speaks it all. She went above and beyond to resolve the prior authorization issue with my son's medication. He had a online telehealth visit. We need more people like her. It's only because of her I am giving this rating. So that others can learn from her customer service going above and beyond.
I have been seeing Dr. Jim Winston for anxiety and depression, for almost 37 years now. Yes, we are growing old together! During all of these years, Jim has NEVER let me down! Earlier this year, I was going through a bad bout of depression due to a statin I was taking, so Jim suggested TMS therapy which was done for seven weeks right at the office. The result is stunning; not only is the depression gone, but I can honestly say that I haven't felt this good in DECADES! I highly recommend ABC Clinics and TMS therapy for any problems you may be having!
Dr. Loiben is the best. My quality of life has improved dramatically with the medication he has prescribed for my needs. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to our appointments and I am grateful for the care he provides for me.

They charged me a no-show fee when the psychiatrist was 30 minutes late to our telehealth appointment. I sent screenshots and filled out the appeal form in July. Here it is the end of October with no response after sent emails and voicemails. They have blocked my email address. I will probably consult legal help with this.
Sometimes hard to get a hold of, but once you do, the girls in the office and my doctor, Robert Loiben, are very helpful and thorough. Getting prescriptions passed is where they shine. Working with 3 month mail order prescriptions can be challenging, but American Behavioral gets it done!
