Close to DFW, very nice rooms, and marketplace. Did not try the restaurant, but the bar was lovely, and food was surprisingly good.
The rooms are really nice with nice views. Staff are friendly even the security. The food in the cafeteria is really good.
Didn't get a chance to check out the new rooms but I've heard they're very nice. New eatery is very modern but not a lot of choices and a bit of a walk from classes when lunch is only a half hour. A very nice set up for conferences there.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the American Airlines hotel provided for employees only during training! To be honest, I really didn't expect anything less from AA – they've always been exceptional in terms of quality and hospitality. Being here has only reinforced that reputation. The surroundings are stunning, and it genuinely feels like a real home away from home. As an American Airlines employee, I can confidently say that I feel like a valued part of the AA family while staying here. I am grateful for this amazing experience ❤️
Everything is nice, very nice, the one major complaint is they really need to invest in a legitimate smoking area or three. I understand that the campus is supposed to be non-smoking, but come on. They can do better than having you go on the corner to smoke a cigar or cigarette.
Today was first day of being at this training center. I didn’t know exactly what my class was named or where I should go. Barbara ( don’t know her last name) who worked for the security service in that building took me under her wing. She was fantastic and so nice. Found out where I had to go and escorted me all the way there. And even brought me in a bottle of water after I got sat down. She ended up making my first visit there enjoyable. Good person to have working there.
The customer service and security is amazing. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and so are the security staff. The rooms and the study rooms are beautiful. I am such a foodie so I am going to spend time talking about my meal today. It was simple but divine. Since it's Sunday and the food options are limited, I chose a grilled Chicken Sandwich, Sautéed Veggies and Potato Salad. The veggies were flavorful and the potato salad was delicious. I added some Sriracha and Pepper Jack Cheese to my sandwich. I love spice on everything. The chicken breast was well seasoned in an herb marinade so condiments are optional. I will update my review once I see the training rooms.
American Airlines out did themselves here. This place is absolutely bonkers. It's beyond beautiful. And they haven't even finished putting in everything yet. You would have to experience it believe all the things you will receive here. Before you stay anywhere in the area, check here first. You will thank me later.
