Beautifully well-appointed lounge. A lot of space to move around, many different snack/beverage sections. Showers, privacy areas and theatre-like room etc. Staff is attentive and they have a good bar and soft drink selection, including champagne. The food is hit or miss, some days, fantastic, other days, it looks good but is a little bland.

It's a help desk number for goodness sake.
Probably great for those who are fortunate enough to not have any allergens. But for anyone else I would stay away.
Gnocchi, hot food section finished at 18.30 hrs.

I was at this Lounge recently while on my way to Asia. I have been using this Lounge for several years while traveling to Far East. It appears that the quality of the food in the lounge is not the same as what it used to be. The bar is reasonably well stocked and it is a self service place. The lounge is spacious and has more seating capacity than the AA Admirals Club. It is easier to make changes to your flight in this lounge rather than doing it over the phone or at the other counters when you have flight disruptions.
Nice first class dining experience, friendly service, good beverage offering, food was ok, some dishes tasty other missing flavor. No restrooms inside the private dining area
I recently visited the American Airlines Flagship Lounge at Miami International Airport, Terminal D30, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spacious and comfortable seating areas, perfect for relaxing before a flight.

Overall, the American Airlines Flagship Lounge at Terminal D30 in Miami is a top-notch facility that offers excellent food, a variety of drinks, and superb amenities. It’s a perfect haven for travelers looking to relax and refresh before their flights. Highly recommended!
Recently had the chance to visit and since I heard so much about the new Flagship concept, I was quite excited. And the lounge certainly left me speechless, this is on the level of Polaris lounges from United with great fresh food selection, premium champagne, full bar and just really nice and attentive service ! By fracture best lounge in MIA and would definitely recommend to visit

I had a wonderful experience at this lounge. It boasts numerous rooms, including a computer and printer room, food section, large-screen TV area, and quiet spaces. The lounge was inviting, and the lounge was impeccably clean and comfortable. I appreciated the food allergen labelling and variety of options available. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and only wish I could have stayed a bit longer.
