Clean lounge. Was not mobbed. They take BA silver members with the immediate family which is much appreciated! Live guacamole counter is brilliant! Food offerings were limited at the time we went; only a pork filling available for tacos which is not ideal as there are people who do not eat red meat! WiFi was good and seats were comfortable. Bar available for drinks and had coffee and a variety of teas
Located at Terminal C is a great place to relax before your flight. Known for its fresh guacamole, the lounge is clean and well-maintained. The staff quickly restock food and drinks, ensuring there’s always something available for guests. With comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and clean restrooms, it’s a convenient and pleasant spot for travelers.
Zero accountability for their employees stealing items out of our bag. They just pass you around for hours from various departments hoping you'll give up. Horrible customer service after we've been reward members with them forever.
Agents are always kind and welcoming. Clean area and never full. Great food choices for a quick jaunt through BNA
They have good guac stand and you can bring Shake shack (from downstairs). There is good amount of seating too! One of the better admirals club I have been to
Great respite, excellent staff! I arrived about 7 hours early (didn't want to miss the flight). Paid the 59 bucks for the Admirals Club and it was well worth it for the length of time before the flight. Had a few adult beverages, some fantastic made to order homemade guacamole with chips and some Chicken Alfredo. Computer stations, coffee bar, snacks galore and a full bar!
The staff is friendly, but the fruit flies are relentless. There were fruit flies clustered around the trash receptacle by the coffee machine and around the food next to the bar. Sitting in a seat, the fruit flies hovered around my beverages. One landed in my latte.
I have serious concerns about the cleanliness of the Admirals Club lounge due to these fruit flies. If the staff was cleaning regularly and sanitizing surfaces, you would not see so many fruit flies.
The staff at airport check-in in Nashville is disrespectful and won't help you because apparently they're too busy or "just came from luch break" like they told me. I almost lost my flight, despite being an hour early at the airport, because they simply don't care to help he customers. I was trying to check in a carseat and after several attempts to have someone help me at the self serve machine (since they need to scan their card to approve it) I did the line again hoping they would help me there and when I reached my turn they told me I had to go to the self serve machine again. So back to square 1 and no one helping there, other passengers were complaining about the same issue too, it wasn't until my husband called security and the manager that someone came to help, as slow as they could possibly go, and since they didn't like the fact that we complained they made sure they delayed us enough and charged us extra $75 dollars for "apparently" the luggage being 3 pounds overweight. We had to run all the way to our plane with a 3 year old and almost miss our plane just because your staff doesn't want to do their job.
