This is a beautiful designed lounge, very cozy and elegant. The food service it's very nice and they have two areas designated for drinks and coffee as well as some deserts. The bar is nice but limited place to see right there, but the people is nice, it can get crowded at certain times and hard to find a quiet place, but it clears out fast. It also has some private enclosed areas to work efficiently.
Spacious, clean, limited food and drink options. Complimentary small foods and tea/coffee. The club has added a lot of ‘additional optional changes’ such as made to order food and most of the bar. For the daily price of entering, it’s essentially turned into a paid waiting room (a nice waiting room). It’s definitely not worth the daily rate (restaurants in terminal D are a better value). It’s fine if you have the complimentary status. Otherwise don’t worry about it, you’re not missing anything.
Food could have been better variety. Coffee was bitter. Temp was cold on one end and warm on the other. Best were the Weem like chairs to rest.
This was my worst experience with disabled assistance. He was so aggressive and r hubude. His customer service was very unprofessional. I'm sure management is expecting better from their employees. He became angry with another co-worker and a passenger.
Good spot to relax if you have a couple of hours to kill. Decent collection of snacks and drinks (unlimited), and there is kids room as well. Nice view if you are interested in planes. Free secured WiFi and power outlets at every seat.
What is better than to spend a Friday nite w/ family & friends at this place. We are in town to attend an eclipse wedding, heading back home w/ lot of stories & memories. Keep up!
I tried out the day pass which was only available for trip home. Better experience than first flight by all means... no smelly feet sliding between my seat and window to pop me in the cheek! Or knees or foot kicking into lower back the whole flight! That alone made the payment for upgrade worth it!!!
Be aware if you are on exit lane seats or front rows with no seats directly in front of you, you are not allowed to place small bags or purses under those seats. They have to go into upper storage compartment... grab your phone, book, or handheld item that you can hold on your lap.
Menu choices are fancy... too fancy for this Texan. Some of it was good... some I don't know what it was but a small sample said nope, not for me. But it was better than just a cookie for the trip out. Seating is a lot better than Economy for leg room. I didn't try the reclining seat, I was worried I might bump someone behind me if they had laptop on the table (probably not, but I was comfortable without the recline).
If you travel a lot, definitely worth the fees!!!
Not very busy when we’re here by noon on a Friday! The WiFi connection was so bad, both of us have to turn off the WiFi and use our data plan!
There are some seats are with mutual lighting but some of them are pretty much in the dark which I don’t like it!
No view of runway or tarmac or boarding gates, but the wall of parking structure if you looked out the window!
Food and drinks are limited even with a full service bar! But they replenish it fairly quick!
The entire facility are clean, including the restrooms, which are nice!
