Best WLM Reviews
First time trying this place, and it was definitely 4/5. The wings were the bomb, we got sub/ 5 wing combo came with fries and a drink. The two wing flavors we got were honey old bay were delicious, honey BBQ wings were great as well, and nice size. Cheese Pizza was ok, a little spicy. Fries and Philly cheese steak sub were tasty, hush puppies were good, fried pickles were ok, little tough. Overall great first experience.
Ordered food through Uber Eats. They use Styrofoam containers. The hot fries melted through the Styrofoam and ruined my order.
My order was completely wrong I ordered onion rings got fries my wings was old and hard I took back to get remade they wouldn’t do it cause didn’t have recipet spend $35 for food that couldn’t eat
Visited this location recently. I was not disappointed. I usually order grilled fish and veggies. Decided to try the salad with shrimp. It was well seasoned. The salad was very fresh. I definitely will be ordering this again.
It’s like they intentionally get the order wrong. Wings PLAIN instead of the flavor requested as well as fried to oblivion, gave me a sprite instead of ginger ale, fries were ice cold. ABSOLUTE Waste of $35 dollars, pricey terrible experience.
Out working today, near lunch time and I saw this joint from the road. Was pretty hungry and a cheesesteak sounded good. Pretty much kind of dive type place. Had a few booths you could sit at. I don't think the place was dirty, but it was aged, so it kind of gave off an little greasy feel. Would make since, think they do lots of fried stuff here. I ordered a cheesesteak had a little hard time understanding the guy, had a very thick Indian/Pakistany accent. It took about 8-10 mins for my order to be ready. Overall I wasn't overly impressed. The sandwich seemed a little on the small side. For being made fresh it was more cold then hot. The chopped steak tasted good, but the cheese was not warm or melted at all. Most cheesesteak places I've been when you get provolone cheese, will place it on the top of steak while cooking on the grill. To be honest, I have no idea how they cooked it since the kitchen is no viable, so maybe it's not grilled. Anyway, the sandwich, was a bit cold, cheese not melted, only bits of onions and peppers and on small size. I might stop back in try something else. Says America's best wings, so maybe that's their bag.
It was a dark and stormy night—okay, maybe it was just a Thursday, and we were hungry. My friends and I, ravenous from our epic battles with spreadsheets and Zoom meetings, gathered around like knights of the Round Table... only our Excalibur was the DoorDash app. Our noble quest? Wings. *America’s Best Wings*, to be precise. “Best” in the name—what could go wrong?
With fingers trembling from excitement (and maybe low blood sugar), we ordered the Honey BBQ boneless wings, Hot boneless wings, and, for the purists among us, Hot bone-in wings. The anticipation was palpable. This was going to be legendary, I thought. I could already taste the succulent, saucy goodness in my mind.
But then... they arrived.
We opened the containers with the reverence of explorers unearthing a long-lost treasure. The smell? Not bad. The look? Eh, could be worse. But then came the first bite.
The Honey BBQ boneless wings were... how do I put this delicately? They had the texture of an old shoe left out in the sun. Dry, chewy, and somehow void of all things honey or BBQ. It was as if someone whispered "honey BBQ" near the wings during preparation but forgot to add the actual sauce.
Next up, the Hot boneless wings. *I live for spice*, I thought. These were my moment. I bit in, expecting fiery flavor nirvana, but what greeted me was mediocrity wrapped in mild disappointment. Heat? Barely medium. Flavor? Non-existent. It was like someone had run out of ideas and just slapped the word “hot” on the label.
Finally, the Hot bone-in wings, the last hope for redemption. To be fair, they weren’t terrible. But after the emotional rollercoaster of boneless betrayal, my trust was shattered. These were the survivors of the bunch, but not enough to save the night.
We all sat there, defeated, staring at the half-eaten wings as if they had betrayed us on some deep, personal level.
5/10. Would probably not get again. The wings? Forgettable. The drama? Unparalleled.
Did a Door Dash order... I paid $11 for this sandwich (no fries/no drink) and ordered a side onion ring. My sandwich tasted good but not for the price and the onion rings had no onion at all, just fried dough rounds.... After a almost $30 (Dash gouging/delivery fee/ tip) bill I'm rather disappointed.
