Best WLM Reviews
I visited two American Best Wings restaurants this week. The first one was in Eastover Shopping Center, where the place was quiet and clean, and the staff were pleasant. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo, which came with fries. The chicken was tender and delicious, and the fries were just right. You get a lot of food for your money! 5 stars for them!
The American Best Wings in Hechinger Mall on Benning Road was awful. I ordered the same thing (3 piece tender combo) but got wings/fries instead. They both were overcooked, almost burnt. When I asked to exchange my order from the Wings to the tenders, the woman was upset and made me wait 45 minutes to an hour for my order. I felt it was done spitefully bcuz two other people were served their orders, and I was there before them. When I finally got my order, it was overcooked as well. I didn't eat the fries bcuz they looked burnt! They get NO star at all bcuz I should not have been treated that way or pay for something I didn't order!!!
The short Indian man always looks confused and forgets who ordered what. I’ve never seen a store run in such a disorganized manner wait times are easily 30+ minutes on their SLOWEST days
Im happy i didnt listen to the negative reviews bc THEY ATEEEEEEEE ???????????????? they made these wings and wedged with love. 10/10 will be going here again. 10 pc combo costed me abt $17.
More like America's Worst. My dog didn't even want the chicken! If it wasn't for the fake reviews this place would barely have two stars. Signs everywhere advertising breakfast but they don't serve breakfast. I ordered the five wings and potato wedges with a soda. I was informed that the soda machine didn't work. By the looks of it, it must have stopped working a LONG time ago because it was covered in dust.The only part of the meal I could stomach was the can ginger ale. And even that arrived in the back of a honda, along with cases of water and other soda when I was waiting for my food (probably from Sam's club) the potato wedges were soggy and undercooked tasted like freezer burn. And dont let me start on the chicken it had a funny smell and taste even with sauce on it. My dog would not even eat it when I offered it to him. I cant even be mad at the girl working the register she clearly didnt care about her job but thats only because who ever is running it doesn't care AT ALL. They spend all their money on fake reviews rather then cleaning up the fiflty establishment. I mean some carry out spots arnt the cleanest in the lobby but atleast the food is good, this place however is nasty
Oh my this place need to be shut down. Listen to me, I do not recommend you go here for any reason. My fish tasted like it was re cooked in the same grease as the fries because it all had kind of the same taste. The fish was old and hard the fries were old looking and nasty. The case for display was dirty they scoop your ice with your cup right after playing with money. I think the health inspector should pay this place a visit.
Order wingettes.were very small.than normal size cook.to hard this place had fall off.since new owner good.was.biggger and better to taste wings didn't taste.the same.either they need a new cook.and up.grade .
Don’t listen to the reviews talking about cheesesteak, stick with what they’re the best at: WINGS. My go-to is Nuclear (not that spicy such a good pepper flavor) and Honey Old Bay. Trust
