My friends and I have enjoyed the buffalo style hot wings from here via home delivery for years. My first visit to the restaurant was disappointing, due to a dirty smelly bathroom. The service and the wings are Good, until I saw and smelled the bathroom. I'm going back, hoping this was a fluke. I will update my review afterwards.
This was my second visit to this restaurant. I was disappointed with the condition of the inside. The ceiling was about to cave-in in areas, there was a leak of an air unit around the drink station, and they were many torn signs on the door. All the tables were dirty and the chairs seemed tossed about. There was no one in the restaurant during my visit, and the associate behind the counter was on his cell phone when I entered, so I know the lack of cleanliness was not due to being busy.
I was also surprised by the prices. $16 for a combo of a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a fountain drink.
I have given two stars, because the food was made fresh, was hot, and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The fries were decent, but had no salt or flavoring. The bacon cheeseburger was fine, but it was nothing spectacular. It was certainly not worth the price.
Well the food was better than a traditional fast food restaurant, the dirty restaurant and the high prices will keep me from returning.
The food is pretty decent but the people here always make up their own prices. The board said $10 but they charged me $15 and always try to charge for extra ranch. Recently I seen that they don’t charge everyone for extra though. They pick and choose and the tea is disgusting. My last time eating here!!
I order through DoorDash a lot my husband and I absolutely love their gyro rice bowls. Every time we order food it is always hot and fresh and the staff is so nice. Their food is a must try. The chicken wings are perfect and hot bbq is my new favorite sauce and the fries are chefs kiss.
I find myself not knowing how to process this place. I always like my food but I'm not brave enough to refer this place to a friend. From the sticky floors to the questionable drink fountains (they don't look like they're cleaned thoroughly and often) I feel it's only a matter of time before I go on an off day and catch something. While picking up an order, the cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful! He yelled at me when I was trying to get pink lemonade, and he was trying to tell me to get regular lemonade and tossed my order onto the counter, making the sauce spill out into the bag.
The cashier at this place was so rude. If I don’t understand what you are saying to me and I politely say excuse me, please don’t come back to me with an attitude like I did something wrong. I will not be patronizing this place ANY MORE! I watched how he talked to customers while I was waiting for my food that I had called in. Such a shame.
The place was clean, food rate a 3, service needs improvements. Don't ignored paying customer, they are your bread and butter. Unless you don't want to eat. Shrimps are fried so hard the shrimp themselves were crunchy. If you want repeated customers treat them like you need that dollar is gold.
