Best WLM Reviews
Today was my first time going here and I was being impressed. The menu is massive, the food is made to order so it's fresh, and the service is fast. The restaurant is very clean as well. The prices are reasonable too.
Ordered and picked up chicken wings. They were clearly cooked in fish oil. Chicken wings covered in corn meal and I smelled fish immediately.
Called to report the mishap. Even suggested it could have been a mistake on their end. I offered to take a picture. The lady said I needed to bring them back for a refund. As if, I would come back tonight!!!! I told her I had much better things to do than to make up a stupid lie. She never apologized.
Our last time eating there and will never give a good review regarding the food or customer service.
I ordered on doordash. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo all flats and egg rolls with mumbo sauce. The fries were reheated, no ranch came, no mambo sauce. I ordered a coke, I got a cup of water with hair in it. As you can see in the photos, it was not all flats which I had to pay extra for. Everything tasted old and just thrown together. Unfortunate. Ended up throwing it away.
I blame the job and the employees that they hire. I went in there to get a meal and the employees are so rude and lack professionalism. They dress like they are at home, pajamas, and a bonnet on? African Americans truly need to do better in a business establishment. Whether you’re a business owner or an employee! I would never come to my job dress unprofessionally and inappropriately! It’s ridiculous and lack of dignity and self-respect! The management truly needs to tighten things up.
No Cap, the food did look exactly like the pictures on the restaurant. I enjoyed the food it was brown , nice, and crispy. They were not over seasoned. They fries tasted like fries. No cap, the peach tea is good. Yes, the soda machine needs repaired. Stick to the canned or bottled drinks. Cake was on point and it was worth it.
Just moved into the area and saw this place while grocery shopping. I got the Philly cheese steak and mango habanero 5 wing combo with fries and a drink. It cost me about $17. The Philly cheese steak was phenomenal, one of the best cheese steaks I've had in a long, long time. The fries were good, but the rest of the meal was definitely a level above. As for the wings, they were fresh, had just the right amount of crispiness on the outside, and the sauce was very flavorful. A good option for people who like mild spice, I'm definitely going to be coming back to try out their other 29 wing flavors!
Just went and ask for a fish sandwich no cheese, lettuce and raw onion only and got tilapia with tomatoes and ketchup and cheese. The other sandwich was supposed to be cheeseburger with American cheese and got provolone cheese. Just terrible. No one has money to waste these days and I left a tip. Wish I would have checked my food before I left. It went in the trash....Also fries falling out of tbe tray where big hole is from them putting the fries in the tray and melted the tray. OMG WHO DOES THIS. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
This place has great service. The food is amazing and they’re so many options. The young ladies are so helpful. Will definitely be back.
