Customer service was fine. The atmosphere was ok, wasn't much which makes sense. More of a get food and go type place. Food was pretty good. And the prices were fair and not too expensive. Will visit again!
First time being here at Americas Best Wings and they did not disappoint. I ordered a 10-pc boneless wing combo (w/ fries & drink) and it was sooo good. My wings were not small at all, they were very meaty and were drenched in a sauce for the wings and my food came out very fast. This place has such a huge menu it was hard for me to decide what I wanted but this food was 10/10
The food is pretty solid, wings were very well seasoned! The fries definitely needed some salt which I added. The prices are a bit high, but overall I was satisfied with the experience
My first time trying this place. It was not a good experience, poor customer service, food prices were extremely pricey. It was very hot in there. No AC running at all. Just fan blowing towards the man taking orders. There was also no ice in machine. When we finally got our food. There were not plastic eating utensils or condiments placed in our bag at all. No thanking you for coming. A door dasher came and had to stand outside because it was extremely hot inside. $ 40 for 2 meals and one drink. Save your money and visit other places!!!
I’ve never had a huge problem at this location. I usually ignore it when I call and they place me on hold for a few minutes to answer another phone call, or laugh and have side conversations in a different language while I’m on the phone, or my food is old and gummy, or I’m waiting in the lobby for 15min after ordering 20 min before arriving. I’ve ignored it all because I still liked their food. However, last night I ordered a nuclear 10pc combo for myself and a buffalo wrap combo for my wife. I asked three times to make sure the buffalo sauce was mild in the wrap (twice on the phone and once before I paid) as my wife can’t handle much heat. My order was perfect but my wife could not eat hers because the buffalo sauce in her wrap was just as hot as my nuclear sauce. They had already closed by the time we noticed it and couldn’t go back. Being frustrated because I asked them multiple times to make it mild (they have made the wrap too hot before but I didn’t make a fuss the first time, which is why I told them before hand the second time). I called today and told them what happened and the gentleman said “I wasn’t working last night, sorry.” Okay…but I still have all the food, she could not eat it, I just want it remade, and he replied “the order has to be fixed on the same day.” I’m very disappointed because I frequent this location. However, their prices aren’t cheap and being told that they can’t remake her wrap (that they messed up after asking them 3 times to make it the way we’re paying for it to be made) leaves me highly dissatisfied with their service. I’m guessing you have to taste your food before you leave the store for them to honor anything.
I recently visited America's Best Deli and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I encountered a cashier whose demeanor was far from welcoming; their attitude was notably rude, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit.
Furthermore, the service was disappointingly slow, resulting in a significant delay in receiving my order. To exacerbate matters, when I attempted to make a reasonable adjustment to my order, I was met with unnecessary argumentation and resistance from the staff.
Regrettably, even when the issue was brought to their attention, the establishment failed to offer appropriate compensation or remedy for the inconvenience caused.
In summary, the combination of rude service, delayed food, and inadequate resolution to customer concerns makes it difficult for me to recommend America's Best Deli to others. I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address these issues to improve the overall customer experience in the future.
Been ordering take out here recently because I work nearby, the wings are chronic, order is always fast, nothing but good things to say
My catfish combo was absolutely disgusting and they don’t have an ice machine . I’ll never go to this location ever again . The staff is below mediocre.
