The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's the only place I go when I'm in Reno. It's clean no bugs. I have had alot of bad experience with the bigger places. Thay will always have my business.
Housekeepers would force their way in your room even when you said no thank you. Bed bugs and roaches in our room but staff was very kind and helpful when needed. Not a place for families or people that aren't accepting of others personal choices I guess. Weekends are non stop through Friday to Monday morning no exaggeration. Did I say the front desk ladies were amazing! ????
Not a very nice place, hardly slept due to the bright lights And all the noise in parking lot.
I stayed here last night and booked a room for alittle over 100 bucks and that was fine with me but then receptionists also asked for a 40 cash deposit that was supposed to be refunded but at 8:15 am office was closed, no big deal there's a Dennys within walking distance so I went in got breakfast and at 9:45 I returned and still closed.
For the condition of the room I felt robbed no question.
Room was dirty bath had mold and toilet was not secure to the point my 3 year old almost Tipp it. Ac unit was broken and door didn't latch properly.
I wouldn't stay here again if it was free for the week,
I should have glanced at reviews before hand but hopefully someone will find this helpful.
This hotel is a no frills but when I needed a place the staff is f
riendly and the room was clean.
I’ve never stayed here but these employees/owner of this place not only doesn’t support our constitution, I saw her make a false report to law enforcement. If she’s willing to lie about someone simply standing outside of her property line, imagine what type of lies she’ll tell attorneys, judges and juries to get you to pay for damages you didn’t cause. Book a room here at your own risk, don’t say you haven’t been warned.
I do have to say that reading the reviews makes me sick. First of all the owners are the nicest most caring people I have ever been blessed to know. I understand if people are unhappy with thier room.the maids do not do the jobs they are paid bnb to do. But to accuse the owners of being rude and thieves is disgusting and far from truth. Dont spread things that are not true because u are not happy. I have never known more honest people in my life. As for big lady with long black k hair owning the place and being rude maybe u are talking about the wrong place because the owner is not a big woman and not rude.. I pray that the ones who have these issues with them find peace because that's not who owns the hotel don't spread rumors and lies
I have nothing but good to say about the family running this place. They were nothing but helpful in an unusual crisis. They really cared about our well being and went the extra mile. The service here is 10 stars. What a wonderful family here, and I wish them all of the happiness in life.
