It was okay. The hotel itself is run down and in need of a remodel. I admit that I was worried about bed bugs because of the staye of the lobby. The rooms are nice but archaic and strange. I don't trust the jacuzzi, so I didn't test it. The shower was nice and warm and the AC was adequate. I can't complain too much. The hotel is a little bit of a pain to get to, but it's located kiddy-corner from a Ramada so I can imagine it doesn't get a ton of business. It was really cheap, except for the fact that the prices increased significantly for the golfing competition thing that I was not a part of. Great location surrounded by lots of great stores and restaurants. Drive a little ways to the South and you see some wonderful scenery and greenery that my Northern ass isn't used to.
Positive: The hotel is located near many restaurants and by a small strip mall that is within walking distance. The room itself was very large (I had two queen beds). The staff was super friendly! Breakfast was good too.?not just a continental breakfast! Negative: I liked everything about this hotel. Can?t complain at all.
Bedbugs. We booked through hotel tonight and got a fair deal. When we arrive the rooms were hot AC was not on and it took about two and a half hours to cool down from 105° inside the room. Can you pull the sheets back to go to sleep and found two bed bugs I have pictures. The front desk guy was very nice having a rescue squad took him out probably due to infection after his gallbladder surgery. He appeared ill. Very nice people, very unpleasant stay.
Stayed one night here with 2 kids. Not anything fancy but the room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Front desk was kind and friendly and we had no issues. Location is odd but not crazy. Perfect if you want walking distance to shops and food. Can’t beat the price either! Overall stay here was pleasant!
It was clean, and a good price. We were NOT expecting the Hilton for the price we paid. There was a patched ceiling in the bathroom, and the dresser had a broken handle, but we would stay there again. We'll worth the price.
We weren’t able to stay here due to our car braking down in Vegas. However even with a clear no refund policy they still took care of us given the situation.
Would recommend and we look forward to staying with and giving them our business in the near future
It’s just okay. Cleanliness has a lot to be desired. Hair was everywhere, in the sink on the bed and floor. The place wasn’t vacuumed at all, there was toothpaste from the last guest on the towels, not sure if any of them were clean, and the bath towels are child size, way to small for any adult. The sheets don’t fit well on the mattress and kept popping off all night, and the mattress is old and bouncy to say the least, not comfortable at all. The breakfast was good, but we had to keep asking for more items to be replaced like yogurts and eggs etc. Staff was pleasant and helpful when asked. Will probably look elsewhere next time, definitely not worth what we paid.
My only negative thing I'm gonna say is a hot tub is not seasonal. Otherwise a great room and a great trip.
