The employees that work here seem to be highlight mistreated by management. In particular a manager by the name Sarah. When I called to double check about my appointment, she was very unprofessional and rude. It’s appalling to me that this facility condones this behavior, Sarah is highly unqualified to be working with people. This wasn’t the first instance, as I have family and friends that had to deal with similar issues, in regards to the same worker, Sarah. If you’re planning on making an appointment here and have to go through the misfortune of dealing with Sarah, then I am truly sorry for you. The head of this clinic needs to check who they are hiring, since clearly customer service isn’t something they seem to be concerned with. This is very unacceptable…Sarah is ruining the face of this company. Very disappointing with how others and I have been treated by her.
This place is amazing! The staff were super nice and walked me through all my options and I was seen quickly by the tech and the doctor.
The tech was very professional and kind. It wasn't the usual tech that is there but it was obvious she had plenty of knowledge about what she was doing. They offered more tests for 20 dollars which I thought was a steal because the testing at hospitals is the same but upcharged by hundreds of dollars.
The doctor was very professional and polite. It was super obvious that she is an expert in her trade. She helped me not only get a new prescription but also went into detail about my eyes and what is what.
After I saw the doctor I was asked to wait to see an optician, the wait wasn't too bad.
The optician was very kind and thorough. I didn't know there was so many options for glasses. It was a shame that I couldn't use insurance with the deals but it makes sense cause I basically got a free pair of glasses and a free eye exam all for about 70$.
The glasses selection was not the biggest I've seen but not the smallest either. They had all sorts of brands and styles. They even had a wall dedicated to sunnies.
They were super serious about covid precautions and were constantly cleaning, it was nice. There are a lot of places that don't clean as often as they should but the staff were always spraying and wiping down chairs, tables and, equipment.
In all it was a pleasant experience. I look forward to coming back here for my next exam!
Somewhat rude and disrespectful staff. This wasn't me but my girlfriend, went in and the two at the front desk acted very strange and made somewhat rude remarks. One made a statement about her appearance which was not necessary and when she said she was paying out of pocket they seemed very judgemental and snarky. The doctor also seemed reluctant to adjust the eye measuring equipment which was annoying. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but it seems like they need to be a little more professional and respectful.
Had a 3pm appointment, first ever experience for eyes. I was in, tested, advised, and had 2 pair of glasses ordered for under $200.00 including the exam, lenses, and frames before I knew it. Very fluid, very friendly, very knowledgeable. I was advised I would need a pair for reading and work screen time, and a pair for far away to close focus as my eyes see differently and focus poorly, etc. I believed that I was fine as I can see quite well, but I'm in my 40's now and often have issues with small print, focus when tired, and headaches. This was a good decision and I'm glad I made it, especially with America's best.

Came in for an eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses. Exam was easy, great selection of frames, and you guys I was out the door having spent less than $300. On TWO FULL PAIRS. The glasses came in 2 weeks + 1 day later. I literally cannot believe it, and couldn't be happier.
Definitely will be back next year!
I just wanted to say how kind and genuine of a team there is at this location in particular. Everybody was so prompt and professional, I also want to say thank you to Zoe in particular, you are greatly appreciated!!
It was easy to schedule an appointment online. Appointment went smooth. I would definitely like to call out Maelyn as an awesome employee. She was helpful with choosing glasses while being patient and efficient. She was very knowledgeable about the options for lenses and frames. Americas Best also wonderful with billing my insurance for me.
I have passed by this place of business and seen their sign in their window the same I’ve seen in their commercial $69.95 for 2 pairs of eyeglasses and it comes with an eye exam. I went through the whole process and I asked for their $69.95 deal and they said Oh that’s only for contacts and I replied but your sign says this and they said that’s different. So instead of paying $69.95 i end up paying almost $300 for one eye glasses and it would be over $500 for a pair. These guys aka America’s Best does not live up to its name…!
It should be America’s Best Scammers.
I wouldn’t recommend this place!!
But if you want to give them a try, I would say Good Luck…!
