Bought two pairs of glasses here. I accidentally sat on one pair and it slightly bent the hinge and the screw was loose. I took them in to have them looked at. The older lady that works there let me know that they literally only tighten screws there. No adjustments or repairs of any kind. I took them home and with a pair of needle nose and 2/10 of a second, they were repaired. Just had to lightly pinch the hinge so the screw would go in. This wasn't rocket science. I say save your money and go to Costco, Gintzler, or anywhere with after sales service. I won't be spending money here again.

FIVE stars for the Optometrist (Isabella Lor) and Optition Kevin. Dr Lor was kind, efficient, and professional.
Kevin provided the best service I can remember having in 50 years! He has an excellent grasp of his profession and all the applicable details (lens options, frame options, insurance coverage and uses, and customer service).
For company advertising I would give them a 3. Thinking less than 5 % (or maybe 1%) of patients/ clients qualify or can use the advertised price structure. The positive side of this detail is that it is still less $ than any other companies with the same services.

The worst customer service ever , I have been scheduled for months and they call me the day before to let me know the Dr can only take 4 patients so they have to cancel me , but offered me to schedule for next year . So unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Stop wasting people's time . Future patients be aware they might have you wait around to cancel on you in less than 24 hrs as well .
I went to the store in Albany, OR and my experience was wonderful. Lena and Larry both helped me. I had a family emergency in Missouri, and they were able to get me taken care of quickly so I could get to Portland and catch my flight on time. Thank you America’s Best for having such a great team at the Albany location.
Nice people. Very helpful but it took a while. I think over booked. Dr. Davis and Kevin were very helpful and professional. I will say, know your budget before you go. It’s easy to go crazy and over spend.
We have been going to America's Best for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier! Great staff, especially Alena, who makes the whole experience fun. Highly recommend!!
