Best WLM Reviews
My eyesight was getting weaker. My eyes were full of strain and it effected my life in every way. I went to this place and their Doctor prescribed new lenses for my eye glasses. As soon I put them on, I felt relief immediately, Less or no strain, ability to see clearer and far better. My eyes are relaxed now and not have to work so hard to focus.
Moreover, I got two pairs of eye glasses
for nearly $150 with vision exam included. A great deal, I was doubtful if they will solve my issue but not only that they have met my expectations but exceeded them.
“ Thanks a lot America’s Best “
Anytime I’ve come into this office it’s a terrible experience m. I walk in first I’m argued with about not having insurance, which I have the lady at the front desk wasn’t putting my information in correctly. Get past that I hear another staff member rudely speaking to another customer, I sit down to see the Dr there’s 5 people infront of me at my appointment time. Very unprofessional & very rude. Not to mention my appointment being canceled 3 times in 3 days as their online system allows you to schedule when they don’t have the right equipment in office. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place needs a lot more training. I will not be returning to this location.
Went in for my husband’s contact exam and everyone was so nice and super efficient. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Big thanks to Tim Bauer for comparing prices with and without insurance and getting my husband into the eye care club so he actually gets an exam every year ???? we’ll be back!
Friendly honest and fast! Just came in with script to get my son 2 pairs of glasses. Was pleased they were really only $69.99 for 2 pairs. No hidden fees. Thank you Sonya !!
Get a nice basic eye exam and two glasses really cheap !! Can move up to more expensive frames but I still think under $150 for regular exam and 2 designer pairs !! Very easy to make a appt !! Haven’t been there for years and years , out of laziness, miss they lady that helped me the last two times . She would help u pick glasses, to match ur face etc. So that’s why i went back to this location hoping she was still there ! Nope I didn’t see her .. Basically workers sat there and left u on ur own to pick out glasses .But hey for the 69.95 sale was worth it !!
Only thing that sucked is all the glasses I try on the lenses finger printed and dirty !! They have enough people working there to clean some
Glasses daily !!
This will be the last time that I spend so much money at this place. I returned to get my glasses never stepped past front counter. Got a cheap felt glass case. No offer of new contact case. Terrible just Terrible when they charge so much.
Update
I got a full refund on Monday morning. I will be taking my Buiesness some place else.
If I could give the ladies a 5 star and the men a 0 star that’s what I would do. The men working in this location treat you like you are wasting their time. Then I went in to have a repair done on my brand new glasses and the man who helped me was trying to tell me there was nothing wrong with the glasses while I was literally popping the lens out of place in front of his face. He’s trying to tell me the lens wasn’t loose. Then after I raised my voice he finally fixed them for me. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. The women I have dealt with at this location have been amazing and treat the customer with respect. They deserve a raise and deserve to have better coworkers.
I called at the last minute to see if my daughter can get an eye exam just before school started and they more than Helpful with helping me and my daughter pick out glasses and eye exam too
