America's Best in Madison TN has been my go-to eye doctor for the past 8 years. They are affordable, have good variety and amazing customer service. Kathy is an absolute gem! She is knowledgeable, provides premium customer service and worked with me to ensure I utilized my insurance and got everything I needed. I highly recommend!
I went to the Madison TN location for a contacts exam and at that time joined their club deal. I went back about 1.5 yrs later for another eye exam and ordered the 2 pair of glasses deal they advertise. Every time Ive been in there everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Now after wearing my 2 pair of glasses for more than a month they are still holding up great and very pleased with them . ???????? ????
Dr. Jessica Lewis provided me with the best eye exam I have ever received. She explained my eye heath exam fully. She was very personable and I appreciated that. My eye care person was Jorden. He provided all my referral information in a fast but thorough way. I appreciated each individual I came into contact with.

The Madison location was great. Jordan and Kayla went over and beyond for my 3 family members and myself. Jennifer @the front desk was amazing with customer service and verifying insurances, last but not least Dr. Lewis she rocks! Know her stuff and make sure her patiences know their stuff too.
You will definitely leave with a better understanding of your vision and cute glasses or contact lenses.

This place is not the best place if you want your appt or pickup to go smooth, the employees are nice depending on their mood and they are always short staffed so most likely you’ll be stuck for about 2hrs (if you get lucky) with people that might even forget you’re there. My Dad had a medical appt today, the doctor was amazing but when he got home he explained that after paying he never received his prescription and was called when he was halfway home to pick it up and still no employee explained where or how to get his medicine. He lives 40 minutes away and his eye was irritated so I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever.
The process of purchasing was very fast. I'm not happy with the thickness of my glasses but, my favorite was my checkout woman-Kayla.
She was very helpful, and courteous.
I'll give her 10/10+
First time needing glasses. Kathy was a tremendous amount of help. Not only was she helpful, her customer service was remarkable! She went over and above to make sure I was informed and satisfied with my selections. I would most definitely recommend America’s Best for handling your spectacle needs! Thank you Kathy!!!
