My wife purchased her glasses from this place. Costed over $240. Got polycarbonate glasses. After 35 days, we noticed crack in one of the glass and we came about a week after we noticed that fault. And they are saying we have to pay for another glass since it is over 30 days since we purchased the glases, this 30 days including the 16-17 days we didn’t get the deivery of out glasses. The staff was arrogant, didn’t even wanted to listen to us or provide some incentive. Worst place ever! Don’t visit this place. My wife has been using glasses over 12 years and never happened anything like this. Stay away from these arrogant fools!!
Set appointment and arrived on time. Staff greeted me and very friendly, was directed to waiting room where only took about 10 mins and was seen by assistant for pre-exam. Was thoroughly explained process and offered more extensive exam at increased price but not pressured. Then returned to waiting room for doctor. After about 5 mins was greeted by doctor and after few questions, both by me and doctor , exam began. After exam a thorough explanation of eye health and option were presented. Was then escorted to main room to look over frames. Assistant explained options costs etc and then allowed to look over frames with no pressure. After trying several, found some that were really good. Sat down with assistant and went over everything and all options. Price was as advertised 69.99 for 2 pair however I did opt for more extensive exam so I did pay more but was expecting that. Paid and out the door in less than hour. Not cheap frames, was kinda assembly line process but never felt rushed, but at that price can't beat it. Overall very pleased. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

A good place to get your eyes checked, and to get your glasses. The place is spacious and well-maintained, and with a variety of glass frames available. The associates are also very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

will never be going to this location again. Complete waste of time. The staff at the front desk need more training because the level of customer service is horrendous.
Train your people better or you will continue to lose more customers.
My experience was absolutely great. The optometrist genuinely seemed to listen to me. The best part came when I sat down with Yisel!! She is a gem! She was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, super nice and a great close to my appointment there. I honestly haven’t had someone as great as she was in all the times I haven’t gone to America’s Best! I promise you if she helps you you will be PLEASED!
