I had an eye exam and ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 8/6/24. My prescription for the left eye had changed quite a bit. I wear bifocals, so I ordered progressive transitions for both pairs of glasses. The first pair arrived over a week later and were sunglasses. I asked where the second pair was and if they were sunglasses as well. The technician looked them up and said yes, they were. I explained that these were supposed to be transitions on both pairs. I have spent over $600 and still have no glasses with my new prescription that I can wear, and no one seems to be able to tell me when I will get them. It's been 22 days and counting!!!! I have called at least 10 times and got a different answer every time. FFS, how hard can it possibly be? Would it have been simpler to just cancel the order, refund my money, and start the process over again? Does anyone care about customer service anymore? I'm beginning to think that by the time I get these glasses, I will need a new prescription!
Terrible eye place. My 9 year old was seen here about a year ago. We waited FOREVER to be seen. We were rushed with the first doctor. My son who had never had eye issues before was given a script that I felt was incorrect. I had a second doctor in there assess him. Different script and still not right. My son was complaining about not seeing far away. He basically got reading glasses as a prescription. After waiting a VERY long time to be seen, the process with actually being with the doctors was extremely rushed. Plus, after they dilated his eyes, I had to give him my sunglasses because they didn’t give him covers for light sensitivity. It was just a mess and I was put off by this place completely.
Do not go here.
We saw a different optometrist recently and it was amazing. Completely opposite prescription than before, and my son can see the board at school!
Average experience. 2 pairs of glasses were nice. But if they say “7-10 days” to receive them. Expect 10-14 days. Also called the day they came in, but was told they weren’t in. Never received a call or text message for the 2 days they had them. Was dealing with vertigo and migraines from old glasses. Honestly check everyday on your own.
Abigail was very helpful and courteous. She found the best options for whether to use my insurance or not and I took advantage of 40% off a second pair of glasses ???? She very patiently answered all my questions. Dr Ma was very thorough and patient with my exam. I would definitely come back to this business ????

I've been going here with my family for several years and we've always had a great experience. The staff is friendly & we enjoy seeing Dr. Ma. The selection is great for glasses and sunglasses and the pricing is very reasonable compared to previous places we've been to.
