Best WLM Reviews
They are very cheap but you get what you paid for. The technicians and assistant manager here are all very young/inexperienced, and my guess is that some of them may be college students. They all struggled to adjust my glasses correctly so that they would not fall off my face, as in around 3 people tried several times but all of them failed to solve the problem. One technician even tried to insist that the problem was related to me disliking the texture of the nose pads near my face, and that I should try plastic frames instead. I had to purposely drove to Sam's Club afterwards to get my glasses purchased from this location adjusted, and the technician there was able to fix the issue in a mere 5 minutes.
Amazing experience! I was honestly in shock at how relaxing and enjoyable an eye exam appointment could be (haha). The wait was less than 2 minutes, the staff was cheerful, considerate and knowledgable. Dr. Patel taught me so much throughout my short exam and even informed me that my eyesight improved over the last year (what?! so cool). I felt prioritized and never laughed so much or felt so relaxed during an eye exam. Will definitely go back. Thank you :)
Took my daughter here the other day. They were great, had us in and out fast. She did exam, picked her glasses and got fitted. Awesome deal too. Exam and 2 pair of glasses for $79
I ordered my glasses on 9/3 and did not get them until 9/30. They said it would take 7-10 business days, but usually takes less time than that. I called after 7 business days and they said they weren't delivered from the lab yet. That's okay, there was still an extra 4 business days for the window. I called again on the 10th business day, and they said there has been a delay, and that they would be ready the following week. I understand, delays happen. I called again the following week and they said that my glasses should be there, and that they would get back to me. No one got back to me. I called again for another update, and they told me once again they would look into it and get back to me, only to not get back to me again. I called one more time, was transferred to another associate who said that my glasses had been lost in transit, they would have to order another pair and it would take another two weeks. This associate seemed frustrated with me, even though I expressed my gratitude (despite my frustration) that they were able to finally give me an answer after no one was giving me any answers or updates.
A couple of weeks later my glasses finally arrived (almost after a month of waiting) and the prescription seemed off. I thought maybe that I just needed a few days to adjust but my vision was so much worse with the glasses on. So, I scheduled another appointment to see what the problem was (I thought they had maybe gotten my prescription wrong). It turns out, they accidentally swapped my right and left lenses.
They confessed that they knew they accidentally swapped the lenses but did not contact me to correct the problem or take accountability.
It would have been nice to receive some sort of compensation for the delay and mixups, or even at least an apology.
The staff was polite, but definitely could have done a better job at addressing all of the problems that arose with this order. I understand things happen, but this situation was simply due to incompetence and neglect.
Had a great experience here: from Chase doing the pre-eye-exam, Dr. Patel's eye exam, and Tim helping me put on contacts. Chase was very friendly, Dr. Patel made sure i had my concerns heard. Mostly, I wanted to emphasize Tim's amazing guidance in putting contacts on for the first time. All around lovely time.
Absolutely terrible! The standard of care here is below zero, I was rushed through an eye exam for contact lenses, not listened to, and when I offered to provide my previous prescription and eye care history they refused to add it to my chart. They messed up my prescription and I have had headaches since. In addition I was upsold by every single person I spoke with. They also (after I paid) held my contact lens prescription hostage and refused to release it to me. I’m fairly certain that is a HIPAA violation. Take your business elsewhere and get an eye doctor that will actually look out for your interests and health instead of pad their own pockets. For reference I did make an appointment and arrive early and was still treated like a cattle call.
I was helping out by Jacey, Chase and Tim and now I see great. I miss not knowing who’s making eye contact with me but wow driving is much easier. Plus they helped me pick out some nice frames
Less than a week ago I came to this store and to start with the staff at work made me wait a long time, almost 2 hours and they were not at all nice to me, they made me feel strange and made me feel discriminated against, I didn't know if it was because of the way I spoke because I have an accent or because of how I was dressed because I came after working in construction. And yes I felt discriminated against!!! Plus they asked me for more things and I ended up paying more, apart from the fact that I told them I was only coming for the eye exam, they charged me for something else where I asked them if it was important but the worst of all was at the time of giving the eye exam where the person was not at all NICE OR RESPECTFUL as I say I don't know if it was because of my accent or my clothing, I hope it's not because of that because if that person is like that with the other customers they will get more than a bad review. The glasses I bought were specially made for the construction industry, "safetyglasses," and I don't know if the headache is caused by the design or because the person who took my eye exam didn't have the patience to listen to me when I was taking the exam. I asked him to speak more slowly and he responded rudely! I'm also outraged that I can't use his prescription in other online stores because of his exam. His glasses and his designs didn't work for me, they only give me a headache, and the design is awful.
