I had a great experience at this storefront. I had read some not great reviews and I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. They helped me select frames that work with my high prescription and also look nice. I wanted to share my very positive interaction because I feel that people are quick to complain, and not as quick to praise. Great job!
Extremely disappointed and will not be back. I confirmed an order and pricing via phone call before going to their store and was assured of the cost I would have to pay. When I got there to purchase the glasses I wanted, they increased the cost by 50%. Not a few bucks, but 50%. Went there last year for better glasses and lenses and walked out paying $8 out of pocket. This year I got waited on by a different "RUDE" woman and did not even need an eye exam this time and she wanted over $50 for lesser glasses and lenses after insurance. I asked her why the more expensive price, and she would not answer me and just dodged the question, so I left without glasses. Not a consistent trustworthy place and the workers apparently get a commission based on sales. Never again.
Dr F was so informative and educated me through the process. He was incredibly friendly and engaging. I’ve never had an optometrist educate me through the evaluation of why my glasses Rx was the way it was. I didn’t care for some of the front desk people, but the girl that helped me with my glasses was incredibly friendly and engaging also.
I came in for an appt and wanted my current glasses adjusted and the worker was sick, rubbing his eyes, and got mad that I didn’t want him touching my glasses with dirty hands. Employees lack basic hygiene and common sense.
Preston did great on assisting in my eye Exam. He was kind and has a great sense on humor that made the appointment nice. When it came to helping me check out, Chrysta was so helpful, patient and understanding. There was a discrepancy between my full coverage insurance and their computer system that was indicating that I owed a 50 dollar fee for my eye exam. Chrysta called all the help lines trying to figure out where the charge was coming from and how to get rid of it. She spoke to them several times and to my insurance several times to make sure we were alll on the same page. And she finally got around the 50 dollar charge with the help of the customer care center. I spent about 3 hours there total. My appointment was at 12pm and only lasted 40min. The situation took about 2 hours to rectify. And I left there at 2:50pm. I truly appreciate Chrysta's patience and willingness to stick it out and help me get to the bottom of the fee so I would not be charged a 50 dollar fee unnecessarily. She was so kind, she was laughing with me and kept such a great attitude about the whole thing. So Chrysta girl... Thank you.
This place is a joke. Don’t go here for anything expect America’s Worst customer service and care. As I continue to wait another two weeks (it will be four weeks total) for my overpriced glasses to get new lenses, I continue to walk around blind. Yes, I will be back for my glasses and new lenses but I am done with America’s Best. Terrible.
Scheduled my appointment 3 months in advance to make sure I got a day and time that works. Showed up and they casually slide u a paper to sign that your appointment is digital today. So I asked what that meant.
It's. A virtual visit? For eye exam? No. Was that mentioned online? No. Was I called about this,.....that's a no.
The appointment is about more than vision, it's about eye health and this is a miss for patients
I got waited on right away,treated with respect.Overall I'd definetly go back again just purchased mt second set of glasses.Everybody very nice
