As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist she took care of us immediately we were very pleased. After we met with an optician named Cassie, she was Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
Service was good. Stephanie was awesome. Glasses did not work for me. it was like taking off 3D glasses while watching a movie. I had to return them.
I have been coming to this place since 1995 (when I was a kid) and Michael is always helpful and been one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to America's Best. Please make employees like Michael feel valued for his years of service and his dedication to the company.
I love going to this Americans Best on Sheridan . You can get an appointment the same day if it permits . You get in and you get out so quickly . But most importantly, thank you Alen for assisting me today . Today has been amazing.
Dr Tuddle seemed very rushed and didn’t ask any questions. And when I voiced my concerns … he didn’t seem to care. I was in and out in under 5min.
Mike the gentleman that met with me after was great!!! I would give him 5 stars
Easy appointment setup. Fast service. Friendly competent staff and practitioners. Modern equipment and great selection. Highly recommended.
Worth the drive from the Toronto Canada area! My mom, a senior citizen (who is on a tight budget) needed new glasses. I was able to get her 2 pairs of prescription bifocal glasses for well under the cost of 1 back home. Our overall experience in the store was beyond expectations! The ease of booking the appointment online, the friendly greeting from reception upon entry, the thoroughness of the eye exam, the multitude of eyeglass frames to choose from, the quick turn around, and the cost - truly outstanding!! I also took advantage of their offerings for myself and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will say it again - worth the drive despite the cost of fuel! Thank you to every team member in this store for your professionalism and for your grasp of what great customer service should be and look like! ????
