Susan was the best! It was recommended by a friend that I asked for her and I'm glad I did. Great personality. Great taste in glasses. Great fun all around.
Wife had an appointment to get glasses and definitely glad she decided to go there. Everything went smooth. Susan was great helping my wife pick out a proper pair and Doctor Dave was professional and knew what he was talking about and was funny as well. Great place, great people, and great prices!!
All staff were courteous and friendly. Dr. Zoe Connacher was a real sweetheart explaining things before, during and after the examination. So glad she was my doctor on this visit !
Went in for an Exam and contacts yesterday (8/17) and the service from top to bottom was immaculate. I was running late to mention and Susan who spoke with me over the phone assured that it was ok and that I would still would be seen. When I walked in the receptionist’s were more than helpful and pleasant. Dr Cree did a spectacular job with the exam and was extremely sweet. Again love the service and how staff are there for the patients best interest . Shout out to Susan again , the same personality and spirit I heard and felt over the phone was the exact same if not more vibrant in person. Will be back to get another exam.
I'm giving 2 stars only because the Dr. Was great. I came in 3 weeks ago with my son for an appointment. It took almost an hour and a half until the Dr saw us. I get a call two weeks later stating the glasses I ordered, that I paid 200+ dollars for were damaged in shipping. Then on top of that, the lenses ordered were the wrong lenses. They said they would express ship the new pair and it should be a week. I call back, day 8 , still not in and was just informed that it is going to probably be another week until they arrive. Extremely disappointed.
My daughter was here back in July. She ordered new glasses and contacts, when she didn't hear anything, she called over, they told her they hadn't come in yet. She called 3 times only to be told they "lost" her prescription! 100% do not recommend. They didn't offer for her to come back in, they didn't offer her a discount, nothing. Just oh, well, sorry
I broke my glasses going in to work. Donna looked up my warranty and helped me to get my replacement quickly. Everytime I go there the employees are friendly and prompt. I love that I can make an appointment online as well.
I was in and out fast, I found nice glasses and it was an affordable as glasses come. The staff was very nice. Susan was nice and helpful and answered all my questions. The optometrist was nice and she handled an agressive rude entitled cishet white man because those people have to act out everywhere they go and behave worse than a child. I had to wait 15 minutes so we didn't have another public shooting on our hands. These people prioritize everyone's safety and of course the health and well being of everyone. I came here since I needed glasses as a teenager and always had a good experience here. Last shout out to Susan for being amazing!
