This place ripped me off over $700 with the insurance. I received two pairs of hideous glasses both were suppose to have the thin lenses and one the tent change. Neither pair did. I won’t wear these ugly looking coke bottle binoculars. One pair hurts my ears and the other doesn’t fit my face. I’m beyond livid. Absolutely do NOT recommend their optometrist either. If he had an ounce of sense he would have compared my vision from last year when it was 20/20 to this year 20/30 with corrected lenses and realized there was a problem. Instead, he insisted I had a lazy eye when I was a child that wasn’t corrected. Wrong. He obviously didn’t study too hard in school. Luckily, I found a better doctor. This place absolutely SUCKS!!!!
PS get new frames. The ones you have look like prison glasses ????
I have gone to America’s Best at the Overton location for a few years now. They are a pretty standard operation, a clean facility, they work well with my insurance, and they offer a quick and easy process to get your contacts and glasses.
My recent visit was particularly pleasant though, in that assistant Destiny offered some outstanding customer service! She walked me through the process, offered good understanding of what each test does, and was very personable! You can’t ask for more than that. I’ll be back because of her.
Just wanna say thank you to Andrew this is my second time coming and has done a great job both times we had a altercation and he did diffuse the situation and i am thankful for his help u go Andrew hope u get rewarded something good u have been great both times and the first time was a year ago and u still carry good energy a year later
They literally saved me, I just got my glasses in August and ran them over, and they were able to temporarily fix my broken pair, and they ordered me a new frame. Customer service is great no complaints on this team of ladies!!!! :)
I recently visited America’s Best to pick up contacts, it was just a few minutes before they closed and there was an issue with my contact prescription. I was afraid I’d have to leave without my corrected vision lens. ????
However store manager, Andrew, went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and pleasant experience and left with a doable temporary solution.
Andrew followed up the next morning with the desired solution.
I highly recommend America’s Best Hulen for anyone in need of an eye exam or new contacts. Their outstanding customer service truly sets them apart!
Everyone here was so kind! Hilda was very welcoming at the front! Destiny was very thorough in the pre-test. And Dr. Kim made sure I was well informed about my eyes! Jessica was very helpful at check out! Definitely recommend this location!

Andrew was very helpful with getting my daughters replacement glasses , since she was not careful and broke hers just a month after getting them . He used the warranty her glasses were under . He was the same person who helped us with our first visit when getting the glasses . He was very friendly and nice has a conversation with my daughter to help pick out the perfect frames. Andrew then was there when I picked up my daughters original pair and offer the warranty that turned out we had to use today . Thank you so much Andrew was very helpful . The other staff members were friendly and cheer . They all were engaging and very up beat energy . I highly recommend this location.
