Today, my daughter had her first eye examination and the the team of this location gave her and us the parents a great experience. From the front desk, They gave us a warm welcome, the pre test lady was so kind with my daughter and with us asking her so many questions, then we saw Dr Ashley Sippel, she is so knowledgeable, She walked us through the process and the result so clearly and in way that made me feel more calm with the diagnosis. When it was time to pick the frame, deal with the insurance and prices, Danny was just the very best, so eloquently explained all and he was so friendly and patience. Overall a great place and amazing team.
Tracey, My Certified Tech II was so kind and professional. She made me smile because I appreciated her informing me and being friendly during my visit with her. She made my exam with her comfortable and listened to me. Dylan was so much help even picking out my frames that I was indecisive about. Then also a big help explaining everything for pricing and insurance. Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

The front desk's one of the associates barely spekas the customers and it feels like me being there her coming. She seems to be very lazy and disrespectful. I've been coming there with my son for afew years and I switched to thos place recently as well, and this person that seems to be new, does not care about customers and their time. Before, I was rating this place 5/5 but now, I can barely give 2.
Terrible experience. The PD was wrong on my new glasses (my eyes were both pulling the opposite direction). I came back to see what the issue was. Spoke to the manager and he noticed the PD was off by 3 mm. I had my glasses re-made. They were still off! I went back and was hoping Lisa could help me. She and another guy would not take a closer look at my lenses! They did not measure the PD and seg height on my new lenses to figure out the issue. I patiently asked several times. We need to know the issue so that the lenses can be re-made AGAIN. They did not. They told me they can’t check my lenses in a roundabout way…after being there for about 25 minutes. I’ve never heard of an eyewear store not trying to figure out an issue with lenses that were still off.
I went to the visionworks in Montgomeryville. Night and day!!!! I was in shock! Donna spent a good amount of time with me, measuring the PD, and the seg height. It was off AGAIN (which I already knew). She used a microscope machine to confirm the rx, seg height and PD. That was what I wanted Abington to do! She wanted to figure out the issue and fix it. I ordered the same glasses that day - my lenses came out perfect!! If you want service, go to montgomeryville. I had to go back to Abington to return my original glasses. Lisa didn’t ask if there was anything she could do to figure out the issue. She didn’t ask details on why I was returning. Big surprise. Thanks Montgomeryville for fixing the Pd and seg height!
I brought glasses a couple of weeks ago from the Abington location and they didn't fit right and I went back 3 times and Crystal took her time and was very patient with me . And we worked something out. So if you get a pair of glasses that doesn't fit right to you please go see Crystal and she will get you right.
This is me second time with issues of pure disorganization and neglect for America Best. The doctor failed to write my contact type on my prescription so they are requiring me to come back in for another appointment. I will not ever return to this location no do business with America's Best.
From the greeting at reception to ultimately getting fitted by Charles for my new eyeglasses the experience here was a 5 star treatment. Highly recommend for courtesy selection and affordability
