Today's visit was great! From the tech (just had her knee replaced) who was So Friendly, kind and hilarious, the doctor who answered All my questions and concerns. But especially to Kara, who looked into my insurance, saved me a Bunch of money and couldn't have been sweeter! Thank you for such a great experience!
Lulu was great. Very helpful, professional, funny and down-to-earth. I was well taken care of. She was very attentive and receptive to any of my questions and concerns. Give her a raise ????
I had an appointment here on Wednesday, JuJu’s service was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out some nice glasses for myself and even went above and beyond to contact all the local stores to help me find a pair of eye contacts to go home with. She deserves a raise. Super satisfied
Appt. was on time and went fast. I think i was done in less than 20min. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. And the price of an eye exam w/o vision insurance is $69. U can't beat that! (believe me, I called around and checked ????)

I recently had an eye exam and was very impressed with Shaylas professionalism and expertise. She was thorough in explaining every step of the exam and took the time to answer all of my questions. Shayla was also very patient and gentle during the exam, which helped to alleviate any anxiety I had. I left the appointment feeling confident in my eye health and with a clear understanding of my vision needs. I would highly recommend Americas Best to anyone looking for an exceptional eye care provider.
I won't lie good quality glasses, and a clean store, but very bad customer service, and always a freaking catch when trying to purchase glasses, apparently one year your insurance cover 2 pair of glasses completely free and next year it doesn't, your insurance don't cover the frame,
Advertising said 2 pair for 79.95 (blue tag) my insurance cover up to $125 per frame and said I only get cover $40 bucks need to paid the difference????
It close to home but would never go back to this place everytime I go I end up getting mad, can't waist my time.
It was easy making our appointments via the call center. When I walked in we were greeted by Destiny. We were quickly tested by Rochelle and Heather. Then introduced to Dr. Li. Hannah was an amazing cap to our visit helping me decide on frames and options. I feel like we were taken care of quickly and compassionately. Your team at Larkin’s Corner is amazing. I highly recommend calling now to get your appointment!
Just picked up my new glasses today and I'm very pleased. My first visit was for the eye exam (free when you buy glasses from them). I made my appointment online as filled out required paperwork through an email request I received after scheduling my appointment. I recommend doing the req paperwork before you get there as it saves time. I was seen very quickly first by techs who run initial eye checks like the usual eye chart, then some tech scans. I paid 20$ for the Visual Field Test and the Retinal Image Screening. Typically I would say no but I'm not getting any younger, so I thought it wouldn't hurt. If you're someone like me who has not worn glasses before do some research and prepare any questions, they shuffle you in and out, if you dint ask questions it seems they will not offer up information.
I also purchased eyeglass cases because their free ones do not cut it. I would also recommend the Microfiber eyeglass wipe, they are great, but maybe stay away from the eyeglass chains if quality upon vision inspection is questionable, mine broke within an hour or so of wear. I through it the tag so I don't think I can take it back, attempting to fix myself.
That being said I would definitely go back, this is still the best option I know of for affordable quality eyeglasses.
