Positive experience. Everyone was kind, helpful and efficient! Can't beat the cost of $80 for an eye exam and two pairs of glasses. Shout out to Miss Rodgers, she did a good job finalizing my purchase. ????
So i personally go there. The tech was always friendly. When I brought my younger son here, the tech was a jerk. The snippy attitude, the rude tone, cutting him off, and generally being an impatient dick to my kid. I'm not one to complain easily. But I definitely made a complaint to the manager. And my son nor I will be back.
When we walked in the door the lady at the front desk was very nice. She got me checked in and sent me to a back room where we seen the doctor. We did wait about 30 minutes past our appointment. The doctor was wonderful and very helpful. As we went to the front to purchase the glasses I was seated with a lady at the very first desk closest to the door, she was an African-American lady with a turban, she was BEYOND rude. As we sat and waited on her another associate motion for us to come to her and apologize. I was so thankful that she saved us. I would not return if it had not been for me getting service from another employee. This is not the first time that this lady was rude.... And she is rude to everyone, black, white, young (she yelled at my child, or old. If you read the other reviews she obviously has a track record of this. Why is she still an employee?
Mrs Rodgers was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Getting me and my daughter situated with our glassware purchase. I give her five stars
I’ve been waiting for my contacts for over 2 weeks now. I called today and they informed me that it can take up to 6 WEEKS to get my TRIAL pair in because of my astigmatism. I have a hard time believing that I can order the same contacts myself and have them at my door in a week but an eye doctors office can’t get them in for up to 6 weeks. The person I spoke to on the phone had me on hold for 5 minutes just to tell me they aren’t in then when I ask how much longer she has to ask me my name and everything AGAIN almost like she wasn’t really listening to me the first time or actually looking for my contacts. Then she has someone else come on the phone to tell me that it can be 6 weeks while every other time I’ve called and even been in the office I’ve been told 2 weeks. The customer service was not great in person or helpful at all with my problem. Yes I can & WILL order my contacts myself bc thankfully I was smart enough to at least get my prescription but I wanted to have the trial pair first so I could at least know for sure they were good before I bought a 6 month supply. I paid for the 3 year contact exams thing and I won’t be going back.
I had a good experience with my visit. Dr. Mortenson was professional and explained my vision changes and Miss Rodgers was very helpful choosing frames and explaining lense choices.
Best eye visit in my 57years! Staff waa amazing! Dr Morrisette & Rachel, and front desk staff were helpful and fun!! Prices great! First time at Americas Best, wont go anywhere but Dorman Center Americas Best ❤️
From the person who checked me in, to the pre test, eye doctor and James ( excellent service) who helps with frames and lenses everyone there was great. Professional, knowledgeable great customer service. Keep up the good work!
