My appointment was set for 11. I didn’t even get pre screened until 11:45. They took someone back before me who arrived later than I did and said his appointment was scheduled for before mine. I don’t know how that’s possible. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the tech in the room during my appointment was very kind and helpful. I’ve gone here for years and it’s never been this bad. I don’t believe I will ever be going back again. I don’t have two hours to spend every time I go to an appointment. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect to be taken at your appointment time, maybe 10-15 minutes after. Not wait for a whole hour.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this eye doctor’s office. I was visiting from out of state and needed urgent attention for an eye issue. Despite not having an appointment, they were incredibly accommodating and got me in on the same day. Doctor Elliott was exceptional, she genuinely cared about my well-being and took the time to listen to all my concerns, making me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Her staff was equally amazing, so welcoming and efficient, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.
This America's Best was very professional. Byron did an excellent tech job and Danny was really awesome. There was no pressure. They let me take the time that I needed to pick out my glasses. They were extremely nice and treated me very well.
This review is for Lindsay I just went to recognize her excellent customer service and her gifted hands. She was able to finally fix my problem with my glasses that no one else could (ever) so please recognize her for her hard work and dedication to making sure I was left happy. I will be making all future appointments here at this location! Thanks again ;)
The computers went down 5 minutes before my appointment so I wasn't able to be seen, but the GM was incredibly kind and sympathetic to my urgent need for some sort of back up lenses in the meantime and provided me with a trial pair. That's A+ service for a brand-new patient and definitely the kind of positive healthcare experience you wish happened more often.
Had an eye exam and bought glasses today. The doctor had to call out sick, but they were able to accommodate me by having a virtual doctor video call in and the tech handled the equipment. Very polite and professional.
When buying glasses, Gwen helped me and she was great. I wasn’t sure what my insurance covered and went to get the most basic lenses, but she made sure to navigate my insurance plan and got me every add on they would cover and there was no extra cost from what the basic lenses would be. Will definitely continue going to this location for appointments etc.
Dan was excellent when he did the pre-exam. I was a little bit nervous but he did a great job in explaining everything in a very timely matter. After the exam with the doctor, the manager Gwen was great in helping me pick out glasses for my best needs and looked the best on me. I believe it was Lindsay who helped me check out and did a great job like everyone else.
We booked appt. on line for 5.30..when we arrived we were told appt. was for 5.20. We were told dr. had left. since we were according to them ten minutes late. Receptionist had an attitude problem and was unhelpful. We have been a customer for many years
