Ana was very quick to check me in. She was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to picking out my frames and lenses. She gave me honest feedback on what looks best, she never rushed me and made sure I'm comfortable with my new glasses. Ana was amazing! Also very friendly and easy to work with!
The eye exam was good, however I was unable to get an estimate on a pair of glasses, because the associate who was assisting me had trouble with entering my insurance info, which only cleared payment for the eye exam, but showed I wasn't covered for glasses (Ugh!). Therefore, I was so frustrated I left with a copy of my prescription, and went to Visionworks and purchased glasses with no problem!
Now I know Y they got that low points for the review of this one.. ????????
It’s not busy but crazy waiting for everything that more than 3 hours ..
Worse service I’ve ever experienced they over book and allow walk ins over people who had scheduled appointments. My children and I had appointments today after seeing a tech I waited thirty minutes or so just to see the doctor who never came on to virtual call. Just imagine if I continued to wait for myself, then my two kids I had with me I would have been there all day. This was my first and last time going to America’s Best, they have the wrong name they should be call America’s Worse. Never again then after we left I get a text that our appointments were scheduled like please don’t text or call me anymore.
I got my glasses last week and I love them. They have good deals on prices and the customer service is great. The staff was super friendly and they have a great selection of options to choose from for the frames and lenses.
Pricilla was very professional. Magaly as well! This office is efficient. They have a great personality. Dr Esther completed my exam and was clear with the terminology.
This place sucks...Screwed up my order and want me to wait on the second pair of glasses. Then they tried to tell me that I ordered 2 of the same pair of glasses which one pair was like a size and half to big for my head why would I choose two of the same pair of glasses same color and all. The girl that took and place the order should be fired for it doing her job. People come in because the need their glasses, so you should check and double check that the order is correct before placing it. Obviously she don't take her job serious so maybe she shouldn't have a job not at and eye glass store where most people come in for glasses because they need them. So you want to inconvenience me and still make a sale I think not. I will go elsewhere and wait. I will never refer this place to anyone.
