I recently brought my parents in for an exam, and the experience exceeded every expectation. The entire team was genuinely warm and welcoming, making the visit enjoyable from start to finish. I truly appreciated the convenience of completing check-in paperwork beforehand and scheduling the appointment online—it made everything so seamless.
A special shoutout goes to Candy, who went above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable. She not only explained every option with care and clarity, but also did so in Spanish, demonstrating an exceptional level of patience and kindness. I had a wonderful experience with America’s Best today. The staff are all kind, warm and friendly. I was seen right away for my appointment and was given outstanding service during my exam. After my exam I was then helped with Candy who was AMAZING. She truly went above and beyond to see that I was cared for. Not only did she give me her honest opinion about things I knew she simply cared about what I wanted and needed and wasn’t just trying to sell me things. She proceeded to make sure I was getting the best deal possible with there current promotions and helped me save some money. After purchasing new glasses she continued to go out of her way to replace the eye pieces on my old glasses for FREE! Just so I could get by until my new frames arrived. I truly feel like I couldn’t have received any better customer service elsewhere let alone such a kind and caring employee. Thank you Candy!
Dakota was extremely pleasant and helpful. She went over all my options and assisted me in choosing what i needed. I was a walk in and she still had me handled and on my way within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this store and Dakota.
Candy at the Parkway Drive location in Vancouver provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and spent extra time with us making sure my husband’s glasses were perfect. We didn’t feel rushed and she answered all of our questions without making us feel silly for asking. This location is a little farther from home but we will absolutely make the trip just to work with Candy!
Top notch customer service!!! I recently went on a long vacation and smashed my very expensive trifocal frames, but the lenses survived. When I got back to town I headed to the store to see about popping the lenses in a few pair of frames.
Despite being a walk in in Saturday afternoon, I was greeted promptly and told an Optician would help me shortly. I browsed frames for a bit and Dakota helped me with an unexpected solution. Examining my frames, she let me know unfortunately popping the old lenses in wasn't an option. Instead, she was able to repair my old frames so I could wear them by replacing the broken temple pieces with a pair of "recycled" temple pieces from another pair of broken frames that would fit mine. She also helped problem solved our insurance issues so I didn't have to deal with reimbursement paperwork!
Within ten minutes I had my old lenses on my face to get me through until a new pair of glasses arrives in a couple of weeks. Dakota was also a joy to chat with as she helped us, and a pleasure to deal with. Hero level customer service, thanks for the great experience!
This is for the location by the Vancouver Mall, Wa. Based on the reviews of others, I expected a good experience. I wasted my time driving to this business. It was a terrible experience. There were 3 to 4 women employees in the show room while I was there. None of the employees acknowledged me with a simple hello, or offered any help. About 20 minutes later I managed to ask an employee if she could help me. She would have walked right past me if I hadn't called out to her. I hope this company retrains its workers to do a better job with customer service.
Candy was truly helpful with getting my glasses ordered! Very detail oriented and took the time to explain frame and lens sizing, and helped me pick a frame that fits perfectly!
Quick appointments. Doctor listened to what I had to say. Everyone was courteous. The tech, Candy took extra time to help me with selecting frames and reasonable suggestions on the other selections I needed to make. And you can't beat the price! Thank you, all!
