Took my 13 yr old to get an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses and everyone was so friendly and informative. The place was clean and they have a nice amount of selection. I paid $129.00 for everything. Will be back again and recommending this location to everyone I know.
Staff is usually nice but I notice every appointment and walk in seems like a long wait. More staff is needed especially on a Saturday. I walked in to purchase lenses. I was told to have a seat and after ten minutes of waiting I was asked by a different person what I was here for. Once I told them, that is when my chart was located and added to the wait list. Perhaps extra staff should be present to assist.
The staff was friendly enough...polite... but they tend to rush you during the examination I didn't have time to really figure out if I saw the lines or the light they were asking me about...if I saw it.. where I saw it etc. The quality of the lens was poor I was forced to return to get new ones before a year had passed. It got cloudy and interfered with my vision. I purchased anti glare for day and night but it only worked for night glare.. I still had difficulty with sun glare. When I returned to complain about my glasses I was eligible for a new pair but I had to pay an extra 25 dollars to 'upgrade' the quality of the lens. Go figure.
Over the last 15 years I have been getting my eyewear from Walmart. I replaced d my glasses every two years. I have noticed big rise in the prices of my glasses. Two years ago I paid close to $500 for glasses. Today I decided to give America’s best eyewear a try. Not only did I have great customer service from Julia, but it was a very fast process and it was $300 less than what I paid two years ago at Walmart. The Total price included everything that I had with my Walmart glasses.
I came here to take advantage of their eyeglass and exam promotion. I got my 2 pair back within 2weeks time just like they said I would. They were able to clean, tighten , and give me new cases up front. Even supplied me a copy of my vision results. Very kind staff I’ll be back for some another cute pair????
Stopped into the Burlington America's Best to get my glasses adjusted. I was fortunate to have Aaron Ursino work on my glasses. He has fixed my glasses for over two years and is always professional, thorough, efficient and as always, very personable. Actually, everyone working there has always been so nice. I will continue getting my glasses st America's Best Burlington, because i am so pleased with their service

I've been there a few times and why is it Everytime I have my glasses for less than six months the screws fall out so I have to keep buying new ones because apparently they don't have my old one in stock and the ones I get they have
the same screw problems they keep falling out but they offer me a new pair and I'm paying for all of them and I've bought at least 7 pairs in 6 months it makes no since I picked my glasses up from the table after work and my lens is laying there with no screws again.. you say Americans best but it seems like America's worst y'all have to do better than this screws shouldn't just be falling out with every pair I get and I don't buy the cheap ones so make it make since I need to see but apparently your company doesn't think so I need some compensation I'm tired of getting glasses this many times in so many months I shouldn't have them and the just fall apart my number is on my account call me and make it right..,.thank you
