I worked with Michelle after my exam to pick out my glasses and she was beyond amazing! She took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and genuinely cared! She maintained conversation while still working and was very knowledgeable, efficient, personable and all around a great gal! I will absolutely be coming back to see her! If you’re in the area, I highly suggest requesting to work with her!
Michelle was amazing. After my exam, she went out of her way to pull up/print all of my insurance info because she wanted to make sure I knew what to expect next time when I come in to get new glasses. She was engaging, funny, and just real. I always have a great experience here, but she definitely elevated that. Thank you!
The staff and Drs are very nice and patient. They are professional and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very easy to navigate.
The problem was the price. Their deal ended up costing $400 for just my two pairs, a progressive and a reader. That is not with premium lenses.
I went online to a popular and reputable site to check their prices because that was too much. More than a car payment.
I found exactly what I wanted with better lenses and cheaper frames, $26 and $9. My total online was $175 for both pairs with premium frames with a warranty. I could try them on with my phone.
I loved the people there. The prices we just can't afford.
Terrible experience. I booked a diabetic eye exam and the doctor did everything EXCEPT the diabetic exam. My doctor said that as long as I get a diabetic exam everything is fine. This doctor, however, insisted that I somehow needed to go through Providence Ophthalmology. And then when I tried to get glasses, it would've been $400 just for two pairs with progressive lenses. That didn't even include blue light shield or progressives. Such a waste of time and a rip off!
Quick to get me in and very accommodating with a change to the order I had placed. Super fun to frame shop with Shailene and Christine helped process the partial refund from the cheaper frames I found. I couldn't have asked for more, thank you!
Customer service people didn’t even attempt to hide their contempt for the customers. They didn’t listen to a word I said, eye doctor talked to me like I was a retarded child with with complete irritation and venom. The deal they offer is a complete lie as it’s advertised as two pairs of glasses and an eye exam for 70 dollars or something. They attempted to charge me 500+ for an exam that I know I’m going to have to get redone and one pair of glasses. I left after paying 130 for just the exam. Every time I’ve been to Americas best it’s been like this and lots of people I know have had similar experiences. There’s something really really wrong with this company and the sooner they go out of business the better.
Michelle took care of me when I needed new glasses and then again when there was a problem with the lenses in my glasses. Flawless customer service, above and beyond - efficient but not rushed. If you're getting new glasses, ask for Michelle! I know I will.
They were quick, friendly, courteous and helped me get exactly what I needed as far as extras go. Also, Sam used one of her employee percs to save me HALF the cost so I was able to get one more add on. I love my new glasses, am getting lots of compliments on them. My headaches are subsiding and most importantly I CAN SEE!!
