Best WLM Reviews
My insurance has been down, I have been to this location twice because Latosha is amazing she has done everything she could to try to verify my insurance. Maria and Brandy also have tried calling, as well as checking the down website. I haven't even had my appointment yet, but the service has been outstanding so far and I'll recommend this location to everyone.
What a amazing team, from start to finish. No pressure for the much needed upgrades. They were Very knowledgeable and patient with me.
Thanks Dalila!!
Don’t come here. So unprofessional. I’ve been nothing but patient with them. I’ve called multiple times in regard to eye contacts I’ve ordered. I ordered them on 9/11. It’s now 10/10 and we are still having issues. I keep getting the run around. They keep saying they’ll call me back but never do. Each person I talk with have no clue about my issue so that’s why my issue still remains and not getting resolved. Ive spent almost $500 to get these contacts so I need to make sure they are correct. They need to stop playing with me
I highly recommend this place if you are looking for eye glasses or contacts. Service is quick. Staff is wonderful. Prices are the best around! Shaniece was great and helped us make the right choices on which frames to choose. Very satisfied with my experience.
The customer service from Latasha was great. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Everyone else was pleasant. I received an honest and accurate quote on glasses and contacts.
Reasonable prices and a variety of fun glasses
Interesting to come pick up my glasses precision to not be sized up for proper fitting. How in the heck can you just eyebal a person and assume. Weird, but one of my glasses feel loose and it's just not becoming, so I'm returning. Now I realize the 3.4 stars????
My experience was wonderful! Shaniece helped me pick glasses and compared contacts prices that were best for my budget. So appreciative of the welcoming and patient service!
Flexible scheduling, and Maciel was super nice, helpful and great to talk with!
Enjoyed visiting this optometrist! Angelo Papaspiros easy to talk to, detail oriented and friendly. Very informative! Gave some great information about lasik and other options also! He really cares and goes above and beyond. My fav place to get my eyes checked, I go here every year.
