Excellent medical staff. My tech for my pre-checkin was quick, efficient and very friendly. Dr. Ellsworth was so nice and got my exam done quickly as well and got my script ready to go. I appreciated how they treated me.
Their selection of frames is alright, I was slightly disappointed by them they were quite plain and not a lot of price options unless you check the clearance rack.
They weren’t very clear with my insurance coverage however. Though getting them my info and insurance was easy, they processed my $200 towards frames for only one and discounted the other pair even though the two would have been under $200. No one informed me of this and the sticker shock was real when I got my second pair.
The woman helping me at the desk to get glasses was okay. She wasn’t very talkative or communicative about the process and I had to make alterations to my glasses to make the final price affordable. The kicker is I’ll now be waiting about 3 weeks (14 business days) if I’m lucky to get my glasses and I went there because mine are broken. So wait times for exams and such are great, but buying and ordering frames not so much.
I’ve been using this location for a few years now the staff is all super friendly And extremely helpful! I’m always in and out for my appointments and taken on time. Even in times of a crisis staff is more than willing to go above and beyond, Specifically Peta She help me out a time of need.
It is best to make an appointment ahead of time. When you call, the gentleman always says you can just walk in (especially if you already have a prescription). That is not always the case. I walked in 20 minutes after calling, and he said, "There's going to be a long wait." Out the door, I went!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Amy Khong. She was rude, aggressive, and seemed more interested in rushing through the appointment than addressing my concerns. The eye exam felt incomplete, and I left feeling very unsatisfied. I do not recommend her if you’re looking for a caring and attentive eye doctor.
Perpetual, Lori, and Dr Kaplan were pleasant and professional. Great exam with no pressure to purchase glasses. Helpful in every way.
Lori just made up for the frustrations I've had with this location for the past month. I think they were in between managers, so I'm not going to jump ship and every business has hiccups now and again, but Lori really saved the day!
Fifteen minutes before closing she provided me with daily contacts to hold me over the holiday since my order hadn't come in yet. And to top it off she even found a box for me to try for my astigmatism but gave me a regular box too in case they bother me.

Spent over 30 minutes waiting to check out after seeing the doctor. I asked the front desk worker to confirm if I needed to wait if I wasn’t purchasing glasses as there was an extremely long wait. He was very rude and dismissive and wouldn’t even acknowledge me at first. When I asked if I could check out, he gave me an attitude saying only the consultant could take my money, which clearly wasn’t true as I saw him check out other customers coming in to buy contacts. Sorry for assuming the check out was at the front desk like 99.999% of other businesses, “Rick.” Doctor was lovely, as was the other staff. Just be aware that the person at the front is severely lacking in basic customer service skills.
Avoid this place. Understaffed and bad customer service and they do not even know who is waiting for long time and ignore you. They will make you wait for hours for every small step. They do not even have real doctors for most of the days, only online video cam doctors and expensive than very good eye exam places around here.
