Do not waste your time. 2 family member appointments, 5 and 5:45 at 7 pm we are still waiting on the 5 pm patient to be seen by a remote doctor. That’s correct not a face to face but a remote doctor on a video call. Complete waste of time.
I made an appointment online since my glasses broke unexpectedly and it’s been awhile since my last appointment so In between my appointment I made a week out and now I wanted to buy glasses and shipped so I’d have someting and I need my prescription so I called and they told me I needed to get it in person. I make it after work in person and they tell me it’s expired and can’t give it to me for liability when it’s more of a liability that I’m driving around without my glasses. Save the tjme
My husband had a 330pm appointment got there at 3pm. It's almost 6:30pm and they still dont have his eye exam done. Don't waste your time because they have zero issue wasting yours!!! And it's all over an iPad now with the Dr so be ready to watch people watch a screen to be helped. Even a long eye appointment is normally an hour anywhere else! This place will have you hours in and then still be confused on what there actually doing. All to tell my husband after 3 hours they can't even do his exam because his eyes are to bad to do it remotely. What an absolute joke!!!! Zero stars if I could.
Great Customer Service. It was a pleasure working with Keri. She hooked me up with 2 pairs of glasses in a timely fashion. Understood everything I was looking for. Knows her job. Had a great experience. Definitely will come back.
You simply cannot beat being a club member and I have good eye insurance. The free eye appointments for 1 year, reduced pricing on contacts and glasses and more. The staff is friendly and professional. The optometrist is clearly well trained and made me feel comfortable with my care. He even offered to refer me to a specialist for my poor vision. I highly recommend this establishment for your eye care needs.
Me and my brother was just there yesterday and I must say, I thought they were very good and all of them kind and understanding. Been wearing glasses my entire life and the doctor exam was one of the best I've ever had. He look at everything. Took his time to make sure he covered everything. Tells you what he sees and how your eyes have changed. I personally won't go anywhere else as long as the lord allows me.
Everyone was very nice, helpful, and the location is clean, but the wait times are extreme. It should not take 2 hours for a start to finish eye exam. No other complaints other than wait times. They need to figure out a different scheduling system or cap to get appointments completed in under an hour.
It was so easy to get an appointment online. You then received a text message that your appointment was confirmed. Best of all my glasses were ready in a week.
