Today's visit was great! Keeping it real, it's that way every time we visit this location!! ???? We're always greeted with a warm welcome by front employees ???? , the excellent care of eye exams and the personal service from our favorite hard-working person at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Carlos.
My husband and I enjoyed the personal input Carlos gave us today in helping us pick out just the right eyewear! We never felt rushed or pressured by Carlos. In fact, we feel very confident not only doing repeat business with your store because of Carlos but also referring everyone to visit the 11255 Garland Road, Suite 800, Dallas location. Without a doubt, Carlos is a real asset to America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses!

Carlos assisted me throughout the entire process. He greeted me at the front door, did the check in process and let me know what to expect in regards to my insurance, the eye exam, etc. After seeing the eye doc he helped me with frame selection and went beyond the call of duty with pricing. I also noticed he was very pleasant and helpful with all the customers that walked in for their various needs. He was the same way whenever he had to take phone calls. I highly recommend this location for your optometry needs.
Carlos did an amazing job of teaching me how to put in, adjust and remove my contacts. He took his time and was extremely patient with me, even when I was ready to give up! I'm not a huge fan of the women that work there, as they didn't seem to know much about what was going on. However, Carlos made it all worthwhile!
Carlos and Charles are exceptional! best people to help you and gather all information needed. Very approachable and pleasant! Made my experience easy! Definitely, the reason why I wanna go back cause I know I would be assisted perfectly!
As usual, I received superb customer service @ the America’s Best located at 11255 Garland Rd. Carlos and the staff are extremely helpful, courteous, and prompt to handle my optical needs. I highly recommend this location. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I can’t say enough regarding the satisfaction I receive every time I step into the door. Thank you all, very much.
Carlos was amazing. He went above and beyond measure to take care of my emergency needs! I was visiting Dallas for the weekend and left my spare contacts at home & I desperately needed a company to honor my prescription from my home town. I tried 3 other places and they were not helpful. I finally reached Carlos and he took the time to listen to my dilemma and offered to help. I will forever be thankful for an employee that cares so much about their job & their customers that being so kind and genuine seemed to come second nature. The employees there were very kind and courteous to other customers that came to the Garland Road location. If ever I am in need of any services of this nature in this area again in the future, I will make whatever drive necessary to see Carlos and this team again. They all deserve raises for helping others in need with the utmost professionalism and care!!
